Helpful staff, good price

Visited the Hanley branch on Monday afternoon and was pretty sure what I wanted but the manager steered me towards the LG OLED 65 inch with free LG soundbar worth £699 and an extra £10 off for being a VIP member which I had joined the night before waiting for the TV to be installed into my media wall so couldn’t tell you what the pictures like but I trust the manager with his advice still waiting for the soundbar to be delivered not heard anything yet but sure it won’t be too long

Have used Richer sounds for as long as I have purchased audio and visual products, they give expert advice nothing is too much trouble you won't get the hard sell like some places, and to top it all off most TVs and audio gear comes with a free 6yr warranty, what's not to like.

I had not purchased a system for a long time but I wanted to make sure this purchase was going to be the best I could afford, Chris and Jacob guided me through the process with patience and professionalism, I never felt pressured at any point to purchase.

The assistant listened to what type of music I played.the took me to an amp receiver and let me listen to it, and then with the limited funds that I had. The assistant shopped around for a better deal than he could manage. I am pleased to say he found one for me. I am very pleased with the amp receiver that I finished with

Jacob was great, he patiently explained the latest range of TV’s and the improvements on our ancient set. He also suggested various options without pressuring up towards any brand.We eventually decided on a Cello and are very pleased with it

Quick and efficient service from Richer Sounds Hanley. Ordered online and picked up from the store two day later.

Having found the item I have been waiting for, for some time. On Richer sounds website clearance. I contacted the store at the Hanley branch. The assistance by the staff was supered, couldn't fault them one bit. Even to the point of receiving a damaged item once arrived. They went out and sourced a replacement at there Romford branch who once again were great. Issue solved an I now have the item I have been longing for.

Hats off to great service from all concerned, if your ever in the market for anything audio do drop them a look as you will not be dissapointed.

I wanted to order a CD transport that was in the clearance sale, but I had some technical questions that I wanted answered first. There was only one unit, which was located in the Hanley store. I spoke to someone named Chris at this store and he was excellent. He was knowledgeable about the product and keen to ensure that he was selling me a refurbished item that was complete and in good condition. He called me back as promised after he had inspected the unit. Chris at the Hanley branch was the epitome of good customer service.
