Every time I shop with Richer Sounds it’s the same. I call, and your team help more than I expect. You deliver a deal that I don’t expect and meet your promises to deliver goods on time.
I first started shopping with Richer sounds in the early 1980s, way before my record on your CRM will show. The team have always delivered excellent customer service ever since that first purchase. Well done

Great advice no pushy sell & ended up taking a different item than we set out for at half the price we were originally going to spend. So nice independent none biased advice. All demonstrated to us. Very knowledgeable staff & would never go anywhere else to buy electrical hifi or tv equipment.

Richer Sounds is my go to shop for HiFi, I have been a customer for years and will continue to be one. This was my first visit to the Stoke on Trent store, it was easy to find and had ample free parking outside. I used click and collect so everything was ready for me when I arrived.

Excellent customer service from the telesales team. Genuinely some of the best I’ve ever received. Knowledgable, helpful and friendly. I thought a reconditioned LG tv which I couldn’t add to my basket online so I called the telesales team. That basically put me through to will in the stoke branch of richer sounds. He was brilliant and helped me navigate the options. I was genuinely impressed and made me committed to buying from richer sounds again in future.
Great price (£300 reduction from the rack rate). Great staff (thank you Will in Stoke!). Next day delivery from DPD. Happy customer.
