Excellent service from start to finish. Initially Jack shared some sound advice and, when we followed that advice, Jacob was very knowledgeable without being too pushy.

Following a recommendation on I visited the Hanley branch to purchase a LG OLED TV. Everything was explained regarding the TV in easy to understand language & it was taken by the manager to my car. I would highly recommend this shop.

Great range of products, including British made options which aren’t available elsewhere. Staff were helpful and friendly and all at the best prices ( with a great warranty too!) What’s not to love!

The advise given by your salesman and his accepting my changes was great, as I am a bit of a technophobe I Kept questioning him on installation and set up to which I was told dont worry we will get it all sorted. On completion of the sale and payment I was told that he would get in touch with the installers and that they would be in touch within the next couple of days to confirm an installation date and cost which I was not expecting, the installers didnt ring so I rang Richer sounds to be told that the installers were moving and would be delayed a couple of days, I then received a call from RS to be told the installers had a family crisis when I said and moving hous? the reply was oh yes and moving house and I was told there was no date when they would be available to install my system. by which time I was getting very annoyed and told the person on the line if it wasnt installed by the weekend I would be returning it to the shop on the first working morning. after my rant the salesman said that he would come out personally and get it running but if there were any complex installation tasks required then the installers would have to pay an extra visit at cost to me to complete the installation. As it was a RS employee not the salesman who got the commission for the sale came out on Saturday morning to get the system going. He was at pains to state that he was not installing as a RS employee but freelance and that installation problems were his not RS's
Alls well but still a little disappointed. I will advise anyone buying from you and requiring installation to get installation time and cost in writing before paying anything.

Whilst buying some speaker cable I enquired about Dali speakers,I was told that they had some in their hifi room and would be happy to show us .our sales person let us listen to whatever we wanted at all volumes with no pressure to buy just good information and advise.
