Hanley staff very knowledgeable and gave a very good overview of the Hifi systems available and the pros and cons of each make and model, at all price breaks. Really happy with the system I bought to start me off, Wiim amp with Dali Sonik speakers, highly recommend Richer Sounds, previously also bought TV’s from them

Easy to talk to. Explains everything in English, not techno babble

Needed a replacement TV after ours decided it didn’t want to work anymore. We looked around for an LG model and found it available at Richer Sounds, who price matched and also knocked a further £10 off.

The TV was delivered to store the following day and was collected. Upon get the TV home I noticed it was damaged beyond repair straight out of the box. 1 phone call and an email later and a new set was already being dispatched for home delivery the following day.

The following day DPD delivered the replacement tv and collected the damaged set. Upon taking the new tv out of the underaged box and setting it up, again I noticed it was damaged with the smallest of marks on the side of the panel and a broken display. Again, a quick phone call and email and a replacement TV was dispatched for next day delivery.

The following day the replacement set was delivered and thankfully this one was perfect.

Really can’t fault the customer service of the staff at Richer Sounds Hanley. They sorted out several issues without any fuss or quibble. Would highly recommend them and will definitely returning when we need further audio/visual products. Thank you Leigh, Alex and the rest of the team that were on hand to help.

I don't know alot about televisions and richer sounds were really helpful not pushy or nothing. Good information about what I needed. Plus they sell alot of very nice equipment.

Went to buy a new tv, good clear helpful advice given by Leigh. Excellent service from start to finish.Gold standard in our eyes. Old tv still had short warranty left, Leigh arranged collection of this, delivery of the new tv ,and also a marvellous team to come and set it up for us.

Fantastic service from Leigh at the Hanley, Stoke-on-Trent store. He was very knowledgeable, helpful and patient as we deliberated over what to buy. We are 100% happy with our purchase of a turntable, amp and speakers and are once again enjoying the love of vinyl records. Very knowledgeable staff. we only went in store for some speaker cable but i also wanted some information on a new TV, Chris showed us an LG which was just what we were looking for, we went back the following week and bought one.
