Phone purchase of TV & soundbar which went without a hitch. Installation service was offered which I paid for. So glad I did. John, who was the installer, did a brilliant job.

Great service from start to finish
I’m leaving this review a little later than planned, but it’s well deserved. I bought a Samsung S90F television from Richer Sounds and it’s been fantastic. David helped me choose the right model.
Unfortunately, the TV developed an issue, but the team handled it brilliantly. Diego and Justin made the return and replacement process easy, and the new unit has been perfect.
I’ll definitely be coming back for future TVs and soundbars — and I’ve already been recommending Richer Sounds to my family and friends.

Staff were very informative and helpful, the six year guarantee sealed the deal though I’m a bit disappointed that the tv is now on offer so I could have saved £80 if I’d waited a week!!!

14-day Return Policy Works Well.
I recently bought a CD player from the Liverpool store under their 14-day return policy. When I tested the new unit at home, a number of my CDs had skipping issues at some point during the album - something the previous players never did.
When I took the player back to the store, the staff were very professional and issued a full refund without any further questions.
