What a great experience! I was looking for a stand alone blue…
I was looking for a stand alone blue tooth speaker, not knowing that there were alternatives, but wanting a great sound for the music I listen to . I was extremely fortunate that I was helped by Filip at Richer Sounds Swiss Cottage who asked the type of music I listen to and showed me the various options , before then playing my music to me in the demo room. His knowledge and helpfulness, to the extent of setting up the KEF speakers in my home , highlights the value of going to the shop rather than buying on-line.
I could not be happier with the service I received from Richer Sounds and Filip.

Usual terrific service, with knowledgeable, friendly staff. Have purchased many things from Richer Sounds in the past and they will always be my first stop - be that audio, TV or 4K projectors
