We have dealt with Richer sounds before and never had any problems. We couldn’t decide what TV that suited us most and a chap from customer services helped us to decide what model suited our requirements. Apart from that your 6 year warranty gives you peace of mind in case of breakdown.

Excellent work
Excellent work! The LG soundbar Wow stand was on offer and it is the perfect addition to our tv and looks incredibly clean and smart. It wasn’t the cheapest option but being tailored for the TV it is a stunning addition. Speedy delivery too 👍

Great buying experience. Stock is good in terms of models offered and availability. I pre-ordered a TV and it was delivered as soon as it became available in the country. Delivery was prompt, efficient and professional. After care service was even better. Support, warranty and price matching is exactly why I will always buy from Richer Sounds. Particularly want to mention Kieran from Support who has been immeasurably helpful and ensured I got the best deal available from anywhere. Customer service and value is incomparable. Bought lots of audio stuff from richer…
Bought lots of audio stuff from richer sounds for years so I decided to buy a satellite box from them.
The manhatten sx4-r is a great bit of kit , bought to replace an arris freesat box.
Difference is dramatic, better UI, far faster and the overall appearance of the presentation of channels is almost like sky Q.

A very easy purchase with it arriving on time and well packaged
It arrived with a European plug! Phoned about this and it was sorted out there and then! Which you do not get with most companies.

Simple
Well first of all, I thought Richer Sounds was a small shop in Newcastle upon Tyne specialising in Audio Video equipment. I realise now that it is huge.
Ordering online was as simple as it gets, delivery was faster than I expected and only slightly marred by the delivery company (who have since apologised).
Setup of the Hisense was simple but I think I will be learning more over the next few weeks. YouTube on a 55" TV has to be seen and heard to be believed.
I was concerned that I might have problems with Freely because I use a 4G router but everything has worked perfectly.
In conclusion, if someone in their 70's can master the Hisense, anyone can.
