Richer Sounds keep there prices in line with Peter Tyson they are both high end Hi Fi retailers , but if i had to pick out the 2 it would be Richer Sounds , Thanks for my purchase .

I've used Richer Sounds a good few times down the years for hifi separates and accessories, starting way back in the 80s.

I've bought from their store in my hometown of Stockport, bought from their Liverpool store and also bought from them online, and I've never been disappointed yet.

This time I've upgraded to a better turntable and, as always, it couldn't have been simpler. Easy website navigation, excellent price, kept fully up to date with the shipping and it was delivered exactly when they said it would be.

You can't go wrong with these guys.

Excellent service from Richer Sounds - I bought a new TV. The selection is very good and the guidance helped me to choose the right TV for me. The order said the TV would be delivered in 7 working days but it came within 3.

Ordering easy, delivery quick and the soundbar I bought is superb, should have bought it sooner. The 6 yr warranty is a great bonus too. Would buy from them again.

Add to that the fact that the Haier TV not only synced with our other TV's but also with our Phillips Hue lighting system, which we have installed throughout & outside our home, meaning that we can switch all our lights on & off directly from the TV!

Bought a tv for a kitchen, beta price I could find and delivered quickly and safely

Having watched the local prices for a while I saw that Richer Sounds had a very good offer on for the TCL 55" Google TV that I had my eye on. I could have driven across Sheffield on 'Click and Collect' but it would have been the same as next day delivery to my home anyway so I opted for that.
In the event the delivery van broke down on the far side of Sheffield - which they were very apologetic about - so I settled for courier delivery the following day, so I've gone for 4/5, although there's not much anyone could do about that, and the following day the couriers arrived bright and early and kept me informed of progress just as the Richer Sounds team had, so it would definitely have been a 5/5 if not for a bit of bad luck.
The TV itself is excellent both for it's picture and sound and integrated immediately with my EE TV & broadband, although I'm still finding my way around all it's capabilities.
