As a longtime customer, I'm consistently impressed by the knowledgeable and helpful staff at the York store. They patiently let me use the listening room to make sure the equipment I was auditioning was exactly what I needed. After ordering in-store, my audio equipment arrived the very next working day. I couldn't be happier with the entire experience.

Really helpful staff great knowledge and advice got the turntable delivered quickly and it sounds great. Enjoy vinyl again. Would highly recommend

I asked for a demo on an item that was not in stock. Not my usual store the one in York.
This was done over the phone and when I arrived at the store, there was the item.
A demo was was given and no pressure placed on myself whatsoever. " take as long as you like to ensure that it really is what you want" i was told.
Needless to say , I fell in love with it, and made the purchase.
The staff gave excellent advise and the service was as good as my usual store at Chester.
Why shop anywhere else.

Great service and product. Joe went over everything on more than one visit and was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Great tv and great price. Orders on store and delivered to my home the next day.

The staff wea helpful and friendly nothing was to much trouble thy rang another shop and got me the cd player I was after which I am more than pleased with great service

An ongoing issue with TV.
Local store confirmed still under warranty and offered to examine. All very well explained and duly done.
Evident TV has issues so now arranged to send to service centre for further examination.
All very well communicated and promptly addressed.
Now hoping service centre delivers similar excellent service and then I can move up to 5 *!

We are Richer Sounds customer ,we started with Richer Sounds in 2006 with the complete Hi-Fi. Our Amplifier was repared once and now had some problems. Arron in RS York,recommended Cambridge AXR100: not only beautifuland passt good with the CD Player: AXC25.

Both marant amp with klipsh speakers with richer sounds last week i was served by Sean , very helpful and full of knowledge man !!!

Really helpful, patient, thoughtful staff. They listened to what I was hoping to achieve, made suggestions that improved it, rang other stores to source a rare product and were utterly friendly throughout. I had to wait to be served because an elderly couple were receiving the exact same care and patient attention. This was shopping as it ought to be. Thank you!
