Most Beautiful Bra Ever

What a beautiful bra. The fit is just right and very comfortable. I'll always come here first now when I'm looking for a new bra.

Not good after sales service

Whilst the assistant was helpful and pleasant, the customer services leaves a lot to be desired. I spent just over £300 on 3 bras, whilst comfortable in the shop and standing up. On wearing and having sat down for a couple of hours they were no more comfortable than bras I pay £40. When I contacted the store (St John's Wood), I was told to purchase bra extenders! On contacting customer services they told me only the stores deal with complaints. I received a phone call from my the manageress who, quite frankly, needs lessons on politeness and empathy so much so, that I do not want to go back to the shop, as suggested, and try to get my problem resolved (no refunds, which is fair enough. No exchanges because I've worn them, so what's to sort)! I will never frequent Rigby and Peller again

Excellent service and great choice

I had a great choice of colours and styles which was lovely. Once ordered, communication was excellent and I was kept informed all along the way until the parcel arrived. Fit was spot on, and I am delighted with the colours I chose.

Selection is wide and online order…

Selection is wide and online order placement is easy. Free delivery and return is a bonus. However, I cannot find a bra that fits even though my measurements are correct.
