Lace is best

I find these bras to be well constructed, especially the lace ones. They last for years. Sizing among different styles is not consistant. It's usually the fiber filled bras that don't fit as well. We all have different shapes however so maybe styes are various for that reason.

Lovely swimsuit but far too small

Swimsuit arrived promptly and ordering process easy. I’m usually a 14 but sometimes 16 for some brands so ordered a large. However it was far too small in both bust and hips so had to return it. Very disappointed as it was really lovely and well made.

Appalling customer care

Appalling customer care! This is not a review about the quality of the fitting but the lack of customer consideration at the Conduit Street branch. My wife went for a fitting and spent £450 plus on lingerie but when urgently requiring to use the toilet was told they don't have one but whilst I paid, was told to go up the street to the 'Pret A Manger' if she wanted a toilet. What the hell!! Can't an upmarket boutique that charges the prices they do, provide a toilet for its customers despite happily offering customers coffee, tea or water whilst waiting for a fitting. In hindsight, I should have refused to pay for the purchases and walked out with my wife. Stupidly, I waited and sorted out the payment whilst my wife walked the neighbourhood ending up using a toilet at a pub some 5 minutes walk away. Incredible for all the wrong reasons!

A nightmare to send items back!

The swimsuit was a bit tight so I’ve tried sending it back. This is ongoing with the courier as the web links you gave went to the wrong person. Thus I’m waiting to be told by them about a collection date. This is a weak link in your service.

Know your size for being hassle free

I ordered a bra that I already had and had been fitted for before in store so all was perfect as expected. I also bought a swimsuit in the sale took a big risk on the size but it’s perfect it was the same cup size but instead of my normal 32 I went 34 for the swimsuit worked out great
If you can get to a store for a proper fitting then I would recommend highly.

Warning - return process is complex

The process to return an unwanted item is very complex as the company is in Belgium. I was not aware when I ordered 2 bras in different sizes that returning one would be so difficult. They offer free returns and I thought I was buying from a uk company. Export paper work is required plus registering the return first with R&P and then emailing UPS. Their instructions tell you to seal the paperwork in the plastic sleeve and attach it to the parcel. Next step is email UPS and attach a photo of the paperwork which is now not accessible.
I won’t be buying from them again and I expect it is going to take a long time to get a refund if at all. This was a very expensive mistake on my part.
