Lovely bras for the fuller figure

I have ordered several bras from Rigby and Peller as they fit beautifully and are of good quality. I need a 40F and the bras offer great support and shape. They are expensive but I can't find the same lovely designs and fit with cheaper options.

Bra doesn't fit and the returns process…

Bra doesn't fit and the returns process is so convoluted!! I had really high hopes with this bra and it just didn't fit. I don't earn a lot and it was a real treat fro myself, so disappointed and now really worried I won't get my money back

Amazing service & product

As I don’t live in London I only visit the store once a year and appreciate the time and effort the bra fitters spend in ensuring the customer is completely happy. After ordering sport bras online from other retailers and having to return as the fit was poor I thought I would order online from Rigby & Peller. The service was slick and I was wearing my sports bra to a HIIT class five days from ordering. Yes, it was more expensive than the returned bras but the fit is amazingly comfortable and it is exceptionally well made and keeps everything in place. I would recommend Rigby & Peller to anyone who wants superb service and quality products.

I love the items I have received over…

I love the items I have received over the years however sending things back is torture!!!
I have sent my bikini bottoms back and had to fill in three forms, take a picture of paper work which I did and then received an email from ups saying photograph could not be opened and would I send another one. I have done this and not received an email back. I hope I will get my refund.

Thank you for your for your feedback and for your loyalty over the years.
At the current time, we do not yet offer a domestic return flow for our UK customers. All returns must travel back internationally to Belgium, which is why customs documentation and pro forma invoices are required.

That said, we can confirm that we received your return yesterday, February 11th. Please allow 3–5 business days for your refund to be processed.

We are also very pleased to share that in the very near future we will be introducing a domestic return solution for our UK customers. Once implemented, returns will no longer require customs paperwork or pro forma invoices, which will make the process much simpler.

The Up's delivery was constantly…

The Up's delivery was constantly delayed and only arrived today! each day they said it would be the next day, this went on for over 1 week

Your order was delivered within 6 business days, which is only two days longer than the carrier’s average delivery time frame of 4 business days. We completely understand how delivery changes can be frustrating, and we appreciate your patience while the situation was resolved.

Bought two bras same size 34B. One fitted (Mari Jo Jane). The second was too small. Both same plunge style

With darker shades, such as black, the fabric can feel slightly firmer or tighter due to the colouring process, which can reduce stretch in some materials.
