AVOID!! I ordered a dry robe that was the wrong size for me so I exchanged it for a XS you have to pay for returns which cost me £15 but it was what it was. I sent this back on 19th of November and didn’t hear a single thing till I chased this on the 25th of November where I was told it was next in the queue and would be shipped no later than the next day. Fast forward today 2/12 STILL NO COAT I chased again and was given a evri tracking number that had just been generated and the coat hadn’t even been received yet. Customer service was so unbelievably rude not a single apology for any delay or a sincere email. For a £175 coat i definitely wish I would have ordered from a different company!!! AVOID. I will probably be waiting another week for my coat at this rate, shocking!!!!

I honestly could not recommend this company enough, I've ordered items online and in store for my two sons. Very competitive prices and the customer services is second to none.

I was chatting to Barry the last time I went into the store, and being a typical father who knows nothing about scootering, Barry supplied me with all the information I needed to make a decision. Needless to say, my sons were over the moon with what they received.
