Fast delivery, style not for me

Fast delivery, great customer service and stylish item. Loved the design and print of the fabric and had hoped to wear it for my special bday. However, I had to return mine as the style did not suit me- I was hoping the fabric would be more substantial/lining it would make it feel more luxurious in my opinion and hang more smoothly on a curvier figure like mine.

I absolutely love RIXO dresses

I absolutely love RIXO dresses! I have a collection of around 15 RIXO dresses as I’ve been buying them since the company start up. The styles, colours and fabrics are all beautiful and different, standing out in a crowd. I find each can be dressed up for formal occasions or paired with flats or boots and a scarf for a more casual look, getting the best of both worlds. My first purchase direct from RIXO last month was easy and I had the opportunity to buy from the new collection prior to their public launch. Excellent, I kept all 3 dresses that I’d ordered! I particularly like the fact I’m supporting an independent company and I highly recommend this company.

Amazing

Amazing. Went into the Marylebone shop and the ladies in there could not have been more helpful with recommendations and bringing things to the fitting room. I was very happy with the black lace cotton blouse I bought after seeing it on one of the sales girls. Lovely jewellery and dresses too!

Excellent customer service

Placed an order overnight and sent payment. Couldn’t see the the order confirmation though. I called on the customer helpline, unusually for these days I was connected to a human. So let me thank Alannya for being so helpful and making sure I had a copy of the order straight away. The original was actually in a junk folder so that was my fault. Nonetheless a pleasing experience and thanks to Alannya again. Excellent products and great range.

Broken earrings!!

I contacted customer support, as a pair of earrings I have worn a handful of times, broke. This was during my Holiday. I politely asked if they could be repaired or replaced, but was told that as it was a year since they were purchased, Rixo were not willing to do anything. They actually broke, within the year, but as I was out of the country, didn’t contact Rixo until my return. I contacted them again, asking to reconsider, as I believe I should have had more than a handful of wears out of them, but my messages have been ignored. Certainly not the customer service expected. Sadly, I wont be using the company again.

My first time at Rixo

My first time at Rixo, Marylebone. I had to buy something to wear to give a eulogy for a celebration of life for my lovley dad. The staff were so lovely, helpful and sensitive and helped me choose a beautiful dress to honour my dad. My favourite boutique in Notting Hill closed down last year and I've been looking for somewhere to shop - this is my new favourite! I shall be back soon to enjoy the spring clothes on offer.
