I am here to give 5 stars rating because I had a very bad experience with its competitor BeMyEye. Roamler team is very professional and I have no issue with them.

The guy was very professional in his role and was very helpful and kind.
He worked hard to finish all the job op to 21:30!

Very professional Turkish assembly team with years of experience about product types and assembly methods. Also they collect paper garbage after they finish working.

Pay kinda low for the tedious tasks. Can't compete with top competitors. No compensation guaranteed on jobs that don't get ok'd. Sceptical of these other reviews authenticity. Forced to create a PayPal account to get paid

Luigi was fantastic. Arrive on time. Very detail oriented. Fast. Super clean. I would strongly recommend him.

Efficient and did a perfect job at assembling my Ikea bed, sofa, drawers and wardrobe.

The technician is very professional and humble. He finished the assemble in just 3 hours which might have taken me weeks.

It was a bit pf a highproce but the assembly was done in 1h30.

App never remembers the password and has to be changed every time I try to login as it makes you make such an impossible combination to learn.
Ended up losing account as I couldn't get logged in.

Most jobs require a lot of work/time for very little money paid.
Also, very often got messages saying I hadn't take enough or correct photos and never got paid for lots of jobs.

Excellent and very efficient assembly! It took them only 2.5 hours to put together a rather large Ikea Pax closet (it would have taken me 2.5 months). They even cleaned up all of the packaging at the end, and swept up the dust from drilling. Would highly recommend to anyone who doesn't have the time to assemble some of the more-complicated Ikea items.

They assembled a bed and a couch for me and did an okay job, but refused to take the packaging away, saying they don't have a big car at the moment. I talked to Ikea about this and they contacted with this company for me multiple times. Each time this company lied to Ikea saying that they were going to call me / they were going to come and collect the packaging on the same day. They basically do half of the job you pay for and keep lying after that until you stop complaining. Worthless service.

I have been using Roamler for well over a year now. I agree with some of the reviews that the app is glitchy and frustrating at times but from my experience they do everything they can to sort the problem. I seem to deal with the same person, Lieke, who is very helpful and quick to reply, whenever I have a problem. It is definitely not a scam like some say. I have been paid for most of my tasks with only a few rejected which I knew probably would be rejected for my own mistakes.

For ages, Roamler kept telling me that the reason why the app was so glitchy was because I had an old phone and my operating system couldn't support it properly. Well, I now have a brand new phone with the latest operating system and guess what, the app is still glitchy. Still logs you out for no reason etc. I use several other similar apps, and it's still only Roamler that causes this problem. It's so strange, they just don't seem to care about sorting out their endless IT problems. I've given up asking them about it as nothing is ever done.

I have been kicked out from roamler by "Grace". I have been a member since 2014 and according to grace you are not allowed to use multiple devices, we have both 3 cell phones and a tablet in our home and I was only told in December that if my cell phone dies I cannot use another device there I then log into my profile.. it counts as cheating says grace even though there is one mission per store. I have also sent picture proof that me, my partner and my parents have different devices but grace doesn't care. My parents were there because of the toy assignments as they thought it was a fun task with reviews and then that you get to keep the toys that they in turn gave to the grandchildren. I am very sorry about this treatment. Grace wrote that I could finish my review for my little pony but in the meantime I am not allowed to approve other quests as I will be kicked/disabled afterwards... I have done several thousand quests for you, both ice cream quests, gilette, candy, coffee, toothbrushes etc... earned thousands and you more through me. Have done missions all over Värmland and these have always remained until I took them, which I assume is because only I do missions in these areas! I am very sorry and feel that I neither left any impression with you nor did anything good when you can so easily get rid of me after so many years. I chose to deactivate myself as it feels wrong to be on borrowed time!
