Very helpful and friendly service. Visited within a few days of raising the request. Had a call saying that the
scheduled engineer wasn't able to visit but they sent another engineer who arrived earlier (which suited us). Would recommend.

Had my annual gas safety check done today.
Had a text to say I was next in the queue and he arrived within 5 mins! He was a lovely guy and was chatty. I've found every Robert Heath employee I've had in my house to be lovely.
All members of staff I've spoken to in the office have all provided a friendly and professional service

The workman was polite and professional, he explained all that was being done.
Thank you very much
Engineer Lewis knew his stuff, took the time to explain the complex workings of heat pump systems and went out of his way to make sure the rest of the system had been set up properly. Credit to the company. Thanks also to the lady who answers the phone. Sorry I can't remember her name.
Our engineer was thorough and took his time to to get to the bottom of the issue

The engineer arrived bang on time, took a really good look at the system upstairs and then spent further time in the garden looking at the unit and said that everything was in perfect working order.
I had to agree with him because I know nothing about Heat Pumps, as long as it doesn’t stop working I’ll continue being a very happy customer.

Dear Robot Heath
one of your gas engineers who attended my property today, to carry out my annual gas safety inspection. I have lived at this property for five years and have these inspections carried out every year without any issue whatsoever — this experience was completely unacceptable.
When the engineer arrived, I politely asked him if he would mind removing his shoes, explaining that I have beige carpet, my baby plays on the floor, and as a Muslim I also pray in this space. He initially refused but then put on shoe covers, for which I thanked him.
Once in the kitchen, his behaviour changed immediately. In an aggressive and loud manner, he shouted at me asking where the carbon monoxide alarm was. I told him it is upstairs. He then went upstairs, returned, and again in an aggressive, rude tone demanded to know why it was installed there. I explained I have no control over where it was placed — it was fitted in that position before I moved in and has been there ever since.
He continued to raise his voice, repeat himself, and speak to me in a confrontational, intimidating way throughout his visit. My children became frightened by his behaviour — this is completely unacceptable. I have never been spoken to or treated like this by any of your engineers in five years as a tenant.
I do not know his name, but I trust you will be able to identify him from your attendance records for my address today.
I would like to make the following requests:
Confirmation that this engineer will never be sent to my property again
I expect better treatment as a resident and a customer. I have always been polite, respectful, and cooperative with your team — and I deserve the same respect in return.
Kind regards

The engineer was very professional and inspected my boiler quickly and efficiently.

Very polite and friendly operator. Sorted out my radiators and explained that the radiators needed bleeding but that he couldn’t do it as he didn’t have the correct tool. The radiators all worked and he promised that someone would be in contact to arrange for the radiators to be bled. Wish all the operators were as good and competent as him.

Kunal came out as since the heatpump had been installed the legionella cycle wasn't running properly. The engineer was polite efficient explained everything he was doing and was highly knowledgeable. It's great to have someone who exudes experience and is enthusiastic in their craft. Quickly diagnosed the problem of the probe not making proper contact with the tank, fixed the problem and took the time to explain more of the heat pumps features and setting for tweaking temperatures. Would highly recommend.

This was the second visit to have the annual boiler service as the first one was cancelled because of the heat. I had a txt message at 8.30am to say that the engineer (Paul Robert) was on his way & would be with me shortly. He arrived at 10.15am, & said it was due to traffic, he took photos of the outside motor but never made any attempt to clean it!! He then went upstairs to the lift (where the boiler is, not my idea of putting it there) and came back down again approximately 20mins later stating it was all done!! I said to him that he couldn’t have done a full service in just 20mins as previous services had always taken at least an hour to an hour & half. He said he couldn’t do some part of the service (that involved draining the water) because he was worried that the bucket would fall through the flooring as my loft is not boarded. I would love my loft to be boarded but I am a pensioner (76yrs) and only have a pension to live on. I said to him that I’ve had the boiler there for 10yrs and no-one had ever complained about it, I’ve even had female engineers come & carry out the service & managed it. He stood looking at me for while & said “oh, I have a collapsible bucket I could use” he went out to his van & just kept opening & shutting the side doors, looking in different bags etc, generally just wasting time. He then came in with a “normal” bucket & then come back down with some dirty water in it (so it definitely needed doing) I then said to him, “have you tested the radiators” he said “yes” I said “where did you find the mobile unit that you turn the radiators on & off” he said, “oh I did it from the boiler, & only did it for a little bit otherwise you would have cooked if I had left them on any longer” I said to him “I’ve already checked the radiators & they are stone cold” so I don’t believe that he did what he said he did!! On top of that, he has left me with NO PAPERWORK!! Perhaps he thought because I was “old” I wouldn’t have a clue, I am so angry as it seems since Robert Heath has taken over the servicing nothing runs smoothly anymore.

We had a new boiler fitted this morning. Absolute excellent service from first contact to book the boiler fitting, through to the installation. I think the guys name was Nathan. First Class job. He worked clean & was very polite and friendly. He cleaned up after he had finished, left no mess at all. He explained how the new boiler worked before he left. Lovely chap, no complaints at all. Excellent job all round. Would highly recommend. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
