First Class Company!
We had a new boiler fitted this morning. Absolute excellent service from first contact to book the boiler fitting, through to the installation. I think the guys name was Nathan. First Class job. He worked clean & was very polite and friendly. He cleaned up after he had finished, left no mess at all. He explained how the new boiler worked before he left. Lovely chap, no complaints at all. Excellent job all round. Would highly recommend. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Robert dyer’s engineer lies
Terrible grid came out told me we had a gas leak at the O2 alarming then 11.30 am engineer lied to company saying he spoke to me and I cancelled not true also someone else as home waiting but nobody knocked. Then found out the job was cancelled from their end so had to rebook to be told sometime tomorrow I have a disabled adult at home but nobody cared very upset

Engineer came to service a Worcester…
Engineer came to service a Worcester greenstar combi boiler , its a housing association house have had the same company come out for years . Yet again the condense trap wasn't cleaned , it hasnt been cleaned for 2 years . The burner and heat exchanger were not inspected , they never have been . They should have been by now as the boiler is about 10 years old , Worcester advise it be done every 4 or 5 years . A visual inspection inside the boiler took less than 30 seconds . The tightness test took about 2 mins when the gas safe regs state it should take 4 . Absolute shoddy cowboy outfit
