I changed my password on several…
I changed my password on several accounts by using RoboForm password generator but the accounts won't recognize the new passwords and lost my old passwords so I got locked out of my accounts and RoboForm support does not exist. Feel like I'm paying RoboForm to cause me headaches

I like that it comes up with the best password, I don't have to type IDs and PW in. I can have more complicated passwords. What I don't like is when the roboform icon doesn't appear.I use Firefox and it continues to have issues with Roboform.

I have the free version and have been using it for years. In those years I have only had a few problems but when I do, the customer service answers quickly and I mean quickly. Most times, within an hour or two and has solved every problem. Love the product and the service is phenomenal!!!
