The staff were very helpful and patient with our needs. Delivery times were explained as we have an urgent need for the goods. The manager also assisted me in signing up for the Harrods black card so we earned some valuable credit which was a bonus!

The sellers off Roche-bobois antwerp are not kind. There was an issue about a vase of 650€. I contacted them in Brussels and we mailed.They give me a good solution.But suddenly they did not answer anymore. Sad and bad. If you want to buy something for the interieur. Think it over because it is all about money.

Excellent Quality
The service was professional and most helpful. The sofas and armchairs are not only aesthetically pleasing but also ergonomically minded. This is the third time I am getting the Edito armchairs because of its lovely shape and comfortable seat. Many pieces are modern and elegant. It is pricy but they have several sales a year. They also stand by their products which is so welcome.

I placed order on furniture and was delivered than I came back to showroom and ordered pair of sofas a coffee table and a dinning table sales lady told me by tomorrow will send you invoice and will set delivery and export prices I said should I pay they said no will send you invoice tomorrow next day did not receive email or call so I can following day and to my shocking that they sold the furniture I booked even store had a credit note from my side … very disappointing in store handling
