Will never shop online with this mob…

Will never shop online with this mob again!

Ordered items were too big returned via parcel point on 24/5/2022, Rockmans recd this in 3/6/22. Contacted them via email and just keep getting same automated email about delays etc. earlier this year I returned a parcel and was never refunded the amount, contacted them many times only to be told they had now finalised my enquire! There seems to be a pattern forming here??

Bad service

Bad service, placed an order in may and still nothing in July! Got on the phone and apparently the courier lost the parcel 😆, so now waiting for my refund!!! Beware stay away from these companies for anything online !!

Worst shopping experience ever

Worst shopping experience ever. Ordered a jacket way back in March, took awhile to get shipping details, tracking not valid. Waited for abit then got in touch, automated replies for a couple of months then someone called Paul emails and says it's on it's way, gives out same shipping number which is so old that it is no longer even in the system anymore. They are now ignoring my emails and it looks like I'll never see my money back or even a jacket. BUYER BEWARE

Been a regular online customer for…

Been a regular online customer for years. Last order 05.03.2022. Ordered 24 items only received half of the items ordered. 3 months later still waiting to receive the rest. Hit and miss with email correspondence. Given file # 4069233. At one stage Rockmans sent me a list of the ordered items and asked me to tick the one's I've received. Don't they have their own records of what items were sent and what items are still outstanding. Complied anyway, but still no resolution. Submitted a dispute on Rockmans with Paypal to get a refund, not going smoothly at the moment. My next move is to lodge a complaint to Consumer Affairs. I am angry and frustrated that in this day and age, after reading all the customer complaints on Rockmans they happily continue to trade whilst so many unhappy customers with unresolved issues and needless to say out of pocket. Lost me as a customer.

Bullcreek Rockmans-Terrible Customer Service

Absolutely disgusting service at Rockmans Bullcreek Perth WA(Gabrielle name on receipt) 26/05/2022. I went in to return a jacket I had purchased 2 days prior which I had paid for with Afterpay. When I asked for a refund I was told no refunds are being offered only store credit. This is contradictory to what is on the company website. I said I thought it was unfair that refunds are not available and she said many shops were now doing it. When I asked her which ones she said Target.. wrong! I said no they do refunds and then quickly she says ‘oh yeah but you need a receipt’. Well she had my receipt sitting in front of her. I told her Afterpay purchases has to be refunded back to the Afterpay account. Her rude answer was “ NO this was not paid for by Afterpay we don’t do that in store.. so I don’t know what you’ve done” well I haven’t obviously done anything because I’m not working behind the counter. Then the back and forth started. No she says definitely not Afterpay. She then decides after arguing with me to phone someone to clarify. I hear her say “oh I didn’t know we do it in store now, the company didn’t tell me” she hangs up and then the excuses start… well I stand to be corrected she says.. No actually Gabrielle you SHOULD have said I’m really sorry for being so rude and for not being up to date with my stores policies. I have never had such poor service at a store before. I have previously worked for Rockmans and am shocked that people with such poor communication skills are employed by this company. I always took pride in looking after our customers and making sure they had a positive experience so they would want to come back and spend their hard earned money. Many Rockmans customers are more mature women who are not able to physically try on clothes in store as they feel more comfortable at home.. with the change in refund policy this is going to deter those elderly women from shopping. I can’t believe how many poor reviews this company has and still they do nothing to improve. The only way they will listen is for us the customers to stop shopping with them. They need to be held accountable! Before writing this review I left a message for an area manager to contact me asap regarding my experience so hopefully they will get back to me soon.

Purchased jumper for mum at Rockmans…

Purchased jumper for mum at Rockmans Armidale NSW, however it did not fit. Went to return it and found store closed. It is still closed a week later with no notice on it for information. Have attempted to contact numerous other stores in NSW and QLD, phones are either disconnected or they are unavailable to answer. Very unprofessional and unacceptable in todays standards of technology.

Poor customer support and poor service

It took 6 months for an order to arrive. After multiple calls and emails. Use to be a loyal supporter of Rockmans. Cant return sale items now. Have returned all other items. Lets see how long it takes to refund. I have very low hope. You are losing customers Rockmans. What are you doing about it.

Very bad and rude customer service done by barbara in narellen shopping centre .. she treat so badly in the front of my children . She kids notice her behaviour and don’t liked her . This type of old women treat customers like this . Just hate this and very disappointing

All I can say is I agree with everyone…

All I can say is I agree with everyone that Rockmans is the worlds worst online shopping store. I wish someone would do something about this now. I had an outstanding unresolved non delivery inquiry since 2019, there is no way that you can even get hold of anyone in Customer Service and if you do nobody can help you I am $65 out of pocket and to make matters worse I constantly get emails from them telling me that they are going to close my inquiry as it is resolved...........NO WAY!! No refund, No delivery, No Customer Service........This is so frustrating what is the senior management doing to improve their reputation or do they just don't care.

Unbelievable...

Customer Service from the Manager at Rockmans in Weston ACT should be reviewed. I am a 61 year old woman with a Chronic Lung Disease who has problems breathing, this is how I was treated.

Due to my breathing problems, I sent my husband into the store to return a jumper I purchase a week ago at another store with the reciept and tags whilst I waited in the car. He came back to the car where I was waiting to say he was dismissed.

I then went into the store myself stopping several times to catch my breathe to find out what was going on. I looked around when walking in and spotted the person serving a customer. As I waited at the register the customer she was serving told her to go and serve me.

I said "I would like to talk to you", she responded "I know why your here!" I said OK so lets read the receipt which states that the tags for the clothes are to "accompany the item" with receipt which it did. I also explained to her that I had tried to return it to the store I purchased it from but they were closed for unforeseen circumstances and also mentioned that I was sick with breathing problems.

Completely oblivious to my state of health the Manager proceeded with her rude manner stating that the item could have already been worn as the tags had been cut off the label and attempted to dismiss me as she did my husband.

I asked her to write her name down on the receipt as I said I would complain, she scribbled her first name down and then told me as I turned away to walk out that "I could complain as much as I wanted to". So with her own permission I will...

It appears obvious that the Manager assumes a much superior role over her customers and is very experienced in doing so. Unfortunately, her authoritarian attitude did not relect well on so called Customer Service.

However, in all fairness to this woman, I think she is in the wrong industry, she honestly deserves an Academy Award for Best Actress as its obvious she has rehearsed her "attitude problem" several times before to other customers in attempting to threaten them with this role before. She almost makes a customer feel like she is the Principal of a High School and the customer is a naughty student who has been told off and dismissed...

Regardless of the store policy, I am complaining about this Manager's attitude, she is an experienced bully and she doesn't fool me at all. There is no Customer Care or Service delivered from her at all.

I can't believe that Rockman's employs people with these attitude problems as Managers for their stores.

Never shop online at Rockmans

I have the same complaint as others regarding the delayed shipments. Unfortunately, the items I ordered took so long to reach me that I had lost a dress size in weight. After multiple attempts at lodging complaints, I contacted consumer affairs in WA. The result was disappointing, but not unexpected. No way of returning any of the sale items for a refund. Also, I felt that the response from Rockmans (sent to me via consumer affairs) was rude. Not even an appeal to Rockmans via consumer affairs gets even a compromised response. I will never shop in any of the stores owned by Rockmans parent company, Mosaic Brands (who are also impossible to contact).

Waiting on items for 5 months!

I have been waiting on items which I ordered 5 months ago in October (it is now late March). I have followed up multiple times online and via phone, each time ending with them passing the blame onto the warehouse and saying they will follow up, which they don’t. Now my online account has had the purchase history disappear which is suspicious and the Australia Post tracking number for a few items supposedly sent over a month ago is not on record. I am still waiting on 15 items to even leave their warehouse! I will never buy from this company again.

terrible terrible service

If there were minus stars that's what Rockman's would get from me. Terrible customer service. No once seems to reply to emails or answer their phones. No way to get refunds for orders paid for and not received. I am going overseas soon and will have to loose out out an order worth $150 as they have still not delivered my good.

The worst customer service ever…

The worst customer service ever experienced!
I have been waiting for my item since 21 December 2021, it is 16 March 2022, just over 3 months!!
I have sent them countless emails, same generic email response, "due to covid.... blah blah blah"
Tried calling the phone number, wait time ridiculous or they just hang up! or you actually speak to a person who speaks to you like they are a robot, no compassion, lack of human element at all, and STILL they go on about "due to covid conditions!!!!"
I remind them the WHOLE world is going through covid conditions and yet other companies are still able to deliver! Over 3 months!!!
RIdiculous behavior, THIS IS NOT OK ROCKMANS!!!
NEVER EVER shop there again, was good once then they closed most shops down and now we are dealing with overseas call centers with not a care in the world!
So annoyed and frustrated with this company.
How dare they keep my money!!!!!
SHAMEFUL BEHAVIOUR!

My order placed on the 24th November…

My order placed on the 24th November 2021 still has not been completed. Many emails, phone calls. I have had two helpful persons that I spoke to on the phone and two including the last person that seemed uninterested Today I received a note to say that my order had now been completed, NO, there are still two missing items.It would seem they are advertising items that they know they do not have in stock just to get money coming in. I have asked for them to either send these items or refund the money for them but nothing happens. Now four months. This should not be and I know there are many other customers with the same problem as myself. It needs to be investigated. Consumer affairs or Today Tonight. No wonder the companies are in trouble, I suspect many of their products do not exist.
