Very disappointing in the service I…

Very disappointing in the service I have received from Rockmans online orders.
I ordered several items on the 9th of December and were Christmas presents aswell as a item to wear Christmas day. After numerous and I mean numerous emails, phone calls I finally received some of my order in February after continually complaining. And have only today received my completed order.
So it has taken just over 3 months to relieve the order, this is very paw buisness running, I have been a valid customer for many years and dought I'll purchase again from them.

Bought a blouse last week in store at the time nothing said about returns .In my mind if it didn't fit or suit pants I bought it to go with I could just return it for refund!! Careful not to take of tags etc .went into store today same lady served me saying no refunds anymore just exchange or credit for store only! This is NOT good enough your website clearly states refunds done in store.ive bought a lot in this store over the years BUT will not in future.you can't just keep our money if that suits you , very poor customer service. and I am very annoyed to say the least 😡This was Erina Store Central Coast NSW

Awful customer service

Made an order 1/12/2021. By 4/2/2022 had only received one item. On 4/2/2022 requested a full refund of remaining three items. 4 days later received response ignoring everything in request and simply stating they had asked the warehouse to prioritize my order as it had been more than 14 days. Replied, again asking for a refund for the three remaining items. 4 days later got a response stating they were still working on my Ticket. 25/2/2022 received one more item in the wrong colour. Rang to complain only to be told that this would take ANOTHER 48-72 hours to get a response. It did not state on the website there would be a 3 month wait, that you would get a different colour than ordered or that no refunds would be provided. TERRIBLE SERVICE! Terrible customer service! Just awful all round!

Placed an order in August 2021!

Placed an order in August 2021, received a confirmation of shipment Jan 2022 with invalid tracking number. Have contacted multiple times, have requested a refund if they can’t provide tracking. Now 24/02/22 - no product, and won’t return emails. Last email saying they would contact the warehouse was 3 weeks ago.
Just want my money back ($100+) so I can move on!

Didn’t post half my order

I ordered a bunch of clothes, the first item arrived on time. Then nothing, I got in touch and claimed everything had arrived (using the tracking number of the package as proof).
I sent an email back with proof that only the first item arrived (as it was from a 3rd party seller). Then 2 more items randomly appeared.
By this stage months had passed and I asked for a refund. They refunded me for 1 item as it was out of stock. There are currently still 2 items outstanding and it has been 3 months of waiting. They’re refusing to refund me at this point it just feels like fraud.

Still waiting

To all those people who are still waiting for their items I feel for you . I am still waiting for parcels from September October and November also December . I have tried every which way to resolve these issues with phone calls E. Mails even Afterpay and they have been wonderful but still no satisfaction though some items are coming in dibs and drabs . Just horrible service

Ordered 25th November… still waiting…

Ordered 25th November… still waiting for delivery. As with everybody else, get the same generic email. They are still selling my ordered item, but can’t deliver mine in over 2 months.
I’m reporting to fair trading. I believe
Fair trading will only act to stop this farce of an online store if they get multiple complaints. So peeps complain to fair trading and help stop others from suffering the same fate!

WARNING!! The WORST company ever! Do NOT order on-line. Ordered several items on-line on the 9th Dec 2021. Now 9 weeks later still have not received them, can't contact them by phone as they do not answer, and when i email i receive the same generic email, time and time again. Something should be done about this company, customer purchase items because the need it now, not months later when its out of season.

A very frustrating online shopping experience

I bought a pair of pants on December 8, 2021 from Rockman's online. I did receive them approx. 2 weeks later. Unfortunately they were too small so I had to return them which I did on December 21st, 2021 through Parcel Point. And that's when it started to get problematic. I did not receive any updates about if and when my parcel got delivered at Rockmans in NSW. I rang Parcel Point a few times and they couldn't give me any proper updates. In the end I rang Rockmans custumer service on January 20, 2022. Even though they tried to be helpful I still haven't receive any notifications if they received my parcel and up until today I haven't received a refund. The whole experience is very frustrating and I won't do any more online shopping with Rockmans.

Two month wait, items still not received!

Ordered 4 items on the 16/11/21, it is now 20/01/22 and still have not received. I have contacted them twice and been given a $20 voucher which I will never use, as I wont be ordering again. I do not believe the items were ever in stock, therefore allowing the transaction to be processed is downright theft! Either give me my items or process a refund!!
After contacting again, I received a refund within a couple of days.

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service, I got an email saying half my order was sent and I got it. But now they are claiming that it had all my order in it and they have a delivered status and are refusing to acknowledge that the other half of the order was never sent and refuse a refund or to send the items. I'll never shop with the online Rockmans again, what a scam.

Terrible online experience

Terrible online experience. Like all the other reviews there is no customer service. Phone has automatic answering, too busy try again!! Emails just give excuses, sourcing items, Australia post delay. All rubbish. Stores have the stock and within same time period Australia post have delivered purchases from other retailers. I have received 2 of the 8 items. Wrong size. Then to rub salt into the wound, stores will not assist with exchanges, even though terms say they should. Cant return items without a return label, which has to come from the non existing customer service. Rockmans must be made accountable for this shoddy service and rip off of our money.

I ordered and paid for a blouse on 25/9/2021. Yes, 3 1/2 months ago. I have sent more than 7 emails and made 2 phone calls but have only spoken once to a real live person, who promised to get back to me with an answer. That was a week ago. Still waiting. My advice is to never buy online from this company. This is the most appalling lack of customer service. As this has not been resolved, my next step will have to be Consumer Affairs.

I placed an order in November for summer outfits and it’s now January and I haven’t received a thing. I have rung twice and they stated that they are still sourcing the items. The emails state that it’s because Aust post are delayed! Rubbish! This is the 2nd time I have ordered from them, the last order took over 2 months to arrive and the season had changed. I now have brand new last season winter jumpers! It looks like I won’t be getting summer gear until Winter. NEVER EVER buy online from Rockmans. They need to be reported. They keep your money and don’t provide the goods.

I wish I could give a minus 5 review because that's all they deserve. This was my first and very last Online purchase from Rockmans. I placed an order online and when it FINALLY arrived only 12 items of 17 listed for delivery were in the box. Only 5 items were mine. the 7 other items belonged to someone else. And the other 5 were probably sent to someone else. After back and forth with them I finally got a refund with a $20 gift for my trouble. That $20 is a con because there are conditions attached. Never again will I shop at Rockmans Online.

One star is too high. Rockmans physical stores are separate from Rockmans online. Do customers know that? They are both Rockmans! I looked online at shorts at $20. If I bought them online I could click and collect. The same item was $49 in store - why the big difference? Also two local stores advised all the shorts had been recalled to Qld - because it is hot there apparently!! Rockmans need to get an education and know the ACT is also hot! A poorly managed business to be avoided!

Wish I could give 0 stars! And also I had checked previous reviews before I ordered from Rockmans. Like everyone else I am receiving ridiculous, useless emails about my missing orders. It is also interesting to note that the items I have not received are still advertised for sale? Dishonest company! Never ever again!!!!! Buyer be warned!

Do not purchase from Rockmans!
Ordered in August and they just send generic emails.
Oh and don’t send me a voucher- why would I use that to buy more!!!
Even a refund won’t help as I can’t get the items I ordered.
I keep being told they are still in stock- so send me them.

Weeks go by, multitude of excuses and automated emails.. Stop taking money for stock you dont have!
Advice to everyone. DO NOT SHOP ONLINE WITH ROCKMANS. You will not receive what you have paid for. Demand a refund, if its refused, take it further as this Company will keep doing this!
Blaming Australia Post is a cop out and a lie
And you can not get hold of Customer service, its non existent 😡
