Holly is fantastic. She visited our home and gave us some ideas. Her vision was brought to life on 3D drawings and samples and a tour of the showroom. We took the plunge and went with all her ideas. Our lounge and cloakroom are now 1st class and show- home worthy! If you are stuck for ideas, I recommend Holly in a heart beat. You wont be disappointed. Thank you Holly!!

Ben has been extremely helpful today. He has matched a lovely Westbury Armchair to a 2 seater sofa which was in the sale.

Sales Consultant, Ben Bhachu, assisted me with my purchases. He demonstrated knowledge of products, allowed time for “thinking about if” …….. was extremely polite throughout the transaction.

Tony the salesperson was extremely helpful and informative.

I have purchased furniture from Roomes on several occasions. The furniture is great quality and reasonably price. Service is friendly and helpful.
The Sales Team went above and beyond when I was unable to find the time to accommodate delivery and one a lady in the Sales Office offered to drop the stool off on her way home one evening. This was way above and beyond and I think this shows the level of service and commitment this store has.
I would more than 100% recommend Roomes on every level. Excellent.

I have used Roomes furniture Upminster for many years, brilliant service.
Just had new wardrobes and side units. The advice and experience of Karen in store was first class . We were kept updated, delivered on schedule and the guys Barry and Seff built the units, absolutely amazing. Took great care of our home and went over and above by kindly putting our very heavy bed back in to the bedroom. Could not fault the service along with the rest of the team. Not surprising that I always go back to Roomes and never disappointed. Thank you to all the staff.

Great service and patient. Went into Roomes many times with my elderly mother who was purchasing a sofa and armchair. Dealt with by Tony Neill who was always patient with us on our many frequent visits !!

Just placed an order for some new furniture assisted by Tony in Roomes Upminster. He was very knowledgable about the products and the business and his his advice was very welcome, this and the opportunity to try the sofas and see the colours in the flesh is why we keep coming back to Roomes.
