I thought Rugs' website was easy to maneuver, however I wish they would list the colors for each rug in the description. I ordered my first rug from them. I guess I'll wait to see how true the colors are to their website.

I'm so sorry that you had trouble with your address! Sometimes when our customers use PayPal, the default address on the PayPal account will automatically go on the order. I see that you used a credit card, not PayPal, so it's possible that your browser changed the shipping address from your saved addresses when you submitted the order.
I see that you were able to speak with our Customer Service Team to cancel the original order with the wrong address and re-submit the order with the correct address.
We are very sorry for the trouble and we hope you love your new rug!
