In the beginning, Ruroc founders launched the world's first full-face snow-sports helmet. Today it is the globally renowned RG1-DX. Known for its signature aesthetic, extreme safety, and detachable faceguard. The full-face RG1-DX was designed to protect against sub-zero temperatures, tree-line branches, back-country rocks and park rails. The RG1-DX is no longer the only available helmet on the Ruroc roster. On February 27th 2019, Ruroc dropped the ATLAS motorcycle helmet on the world. The ATLAS helmet quickly gained popularity in the world of moto, with its instantly recognisable style and the lightweight solidity of carbon-fibre. Exactly one year later, the ATLAS 2.0 propelled the brand to the next level of industry prominence. Having listened to customer feedback about the original ATLAS; we internally restructured the ATLAS 2.0 for improved comfort and sizing accuracy, reduced wind-noise, fitted a visor locking pin, designed a tool-less and more tactile visor and fitted a range of other awesome features. In the middle of 2020, Ruroc introduced the BERSERKER streetfighter style motorcycle helmet. Off-road styling met street performance with an aggressive and aero-dynamic safety-certified carbon-fibre shell. The BERSERKER helmet has grown popular for its non-conventional and non-conforming style. Built primarily for on-road ripping, riders all over the world have worn it for a range of EPIC purposes - including snowmobile riding, ATV use and off-road moto use. Less than three months later, Ruroc launched the LITE Ski/Snowboard range. An open-face, pro-performance helmet tried and tested by some of the world’s greatest snow athletes; including Max Parrot, Tanner Hall, LJ Strenio and more. One thing is certain, the LITE helmet is a light helmet that is heavy on high-tech features. Available with the newly developed Shockwave audio ear-padding, fitted with the industry-leading Fidlock buckle and rotational-impact technology built into the helmet’s EPS structure. Combined with the wide-viewing and fogless optics of the pro-performance LITE goggles, the LITE setup is a force to be reckoned with.

Daniel to the rescue!

I made a purchase via website for Snowboard helmet that I really liked.

Unfortunately, when it came to the delivery, I had to pay for the import fees which I was not aware of. My error completely.

Contacted the support to ask for any different options.
Daniel from support stepped in and he was of great help from the first minute.
Fast answers, understanding of the situation from human point of view and complete dedication to helping me resolve the problem.

He managed to reroute the package so I can have it at my friend's without paying additional fees.

When the shippement was impossible because wearhouse didn't have the size I needed, he put all his efforts and managed to find the helmet and get it sent!

Now I'm happily waiting for my new helmet thanks to Daniel!

This is how support should be. Not just strictly following 1-2-3 procedure but genuinely trying to help and support.

This way buyers become sure that the company is looking after them!

I didn't receive my AT4.0 Shockwave

I didn't receive my AT4.0 Shockwave, Sound by Harman Kardon with my new Helmet today. I get stressed out easily and messaged Ruroc. Immediately I got a response from the admin named Daniel and he got the Shockwave shipped right after he confirmed my helmet order and now it is set to be delivered next week. That's a great customer service to appreciate!

RUROC Helmets Are one of a kind!!!

I have ordered a few helmets from RUROC from their Snowsports selection. I have Shockwave in an RG1DX which provides great sound that enhances the already good vibes I radiate when skiing! This time I placed an order for a motorcycle helmet (EOX2.0 Alloy) . I am banking that the updated Shockwave I ordered with the helmet will pump out some frequencies that keep me cruising towards the distant horizon.

Kurt was fantastic at answering my questions and providing me with a quick response . Will do business in the near future to purchase a new Snowsports helmet.

I had a little issue with the shockwave…

I had a little issue with the shockwave by Harmon kardon, first the auxiliary for the speakers would not plug into the left side without being super forced and having to bend it. Secondly the signal is not great just having my phone in my pocket it cuts in and out multiple times and did not meet my expectations with loudness. overall the helmet and shipping process was great though

first order was despatched very quickly…

first order was despatched very quickly and complete, the helmet was a little small even though measured as per instruction. Installed the hands fress equipment after being instructed and sent a video link by AI, this became a bit of a battle to try and replace all the internals of the helmet, helmet returned same day one size up ordered on exchange. New helmet order was on hold and i understand why, I just wish I could of spoken to a human being.

Update on the review. Read the past chat with AI, Wanted to know if the cheek pads could be adjusted not how to remove and replace. once again it would be better to speak with a human so text isn't misinterpreted, as not all are good with technology. You can phone me any time for a chat as you have my number.

Frustrated and disappointed.

I originally sent an email because my pin lock was missing from my order. I just wanted it to be shipped out so I could take advantage and use it. I believe I spoke with multiple representatives who didn't read the previous messages. I made it very clear why I was sending the email. I then made a comment that a previous visor that I had ordered did not have the option for a pin lock. They focused on that instead of shipping out what was missing from my current order. After at least a week we got to the conclusion that my previous order did not have the option of a pin lock due to your company not offering it at that time. It already been established that I would not get one and they were still concerned about it. To me it just seemed like they weren't trying to send out what was missing or they thought I would forget about it. I should have already received my missing item and they barely shipped it out today. I think maybe I should put this on my Google for my 1 million viewers. It was definitely no type of compensation offered and they can't expedite or priority ship by missing item even though their company can't do business right when it comes to something like this. I love all three of my Ruroc helmets. Just not the service.

They use Amazon to ship packages

They ise Amazon to ship packages. Amazon doesn't know how to read an address lable as they never deliver to my address. I teoed reaching out to Ruroc for help but they told me it was a shipping issue and had tk contact there carrier. Well....they delivered it to the wrong address again! And now I don't have my items and the only responses I'm getting is email asking me to rate my experience. There's been no help or offer if reimbursement.

Wrong size - Problem Resolved

Been wanting a ruroc helmet for years. Finally decided to make the purchase. When I received it, it was sadly too tight.

I didnt have much luck with customer support via email, but I reached out to ruroc on Facebook and KURT (very quickly) resolved my problem. Great response time, and friendly service. Couldn't be happier

Aftersales Customer Service

Y’all, I can’t say anything bad about this company with their commitment to the people. I had a few issues with my helmet long after purchasing and they were not hesitant to assist and remedy it at all. No questions asked! Will be a repeat Ruroc customer to recommend to others.

Angel came in clutch!!

This customer service team was awesome! Due to a mix up with the address, I reached out to the customer service team after it was sent back to them. They promptly responded back and after correctly relaying the right address I also wanted to order another item. Instead they compensated the item to me for the inconvenience. I gotta say best customer experience ever. I don't know if my representative for this exchange was ironic but I have to give a big thank you to ANGEL. In case you guys didn't get the it was ANGEL ANGEL ANGEL. Thank you for keeping a past and future customer happy!

Daniel Helped me

I spoke with Daniel who was polite, helped me with my question. He placed a quick turn around order for me. I didn't expect such prompt response within the next day my issue was handled. Thank you Daniel! I love the atlas 4.0 carbon! It is very well made and light, its snug enough and the airflow is amazing! Coming from a half shell to this was a huge upgrade in comfort and safety in opinion. Not to mention the dope designs they release! We need more NORDIC DESIGNS! Invincible COLLAB TOO!

The product was expensive, which I didn't mind paying for however, the quality is very poor you can see from the front of the helmet, the polystyring, where the material doesn't cover it properly also. The Bluetooth.\nIs a very poor quality
