Meghan was great with helping me get my exchange done, got the helmet I wanted and it was stress free ! I’m honestly pretty happy with how fast I was able to get my problem fixed.

The helmet is a perfect fit and very comfortable. The noise reduction is great. My only concern is the "D ring" fastening. I find it too far up the side cheek. Having trouble getting my fingers up, between my face and the helmet. Another inch in length would help.

Just took my first ride with my new Alloy helmet and shockwave mesh headset , while I was riding I realized that only one side was playing so I contacted the official ruroc instagram account where Katie helped me through troubleshooting the issue thankfully it’s all good now. Amazing costumer service an very professional assistant

Finally had the chance to wear this helmet after purchasing and im quite disappointed with the quality of the helmet. It is beyond noisy, feels like cheap plastic, and fits odd. Wish I was able to return but im outside the return time now.

Top tier quality and comfort
I purchased the new Ruroc 4.0 Fenrir helmet, and honestly everything down to the smallest detail is astounding. The comfort of the cushioning inside the helmet is immediately superior to any other helmet I have worn or purchased, the easy lock system with the strap also makes it so much easier to take the helmet on and off, vents are very breathable and in the right places!
Couldn't be happier! Will most definitely be purchasing spare lids when am more financially able, cannot recommend Ruroc enough!

I placed my order with Ruroc yesterday, and within 24 hours I had already received my helmet and Shockwave sound system incredibly fast delivery!

I did have a question about the sound system, so I filled out the contact form. To my surprise, I was helped quickly and professionally by Meghan, even though it was the weekend. Within 30 minutes, I had a complete and clear answer.
