People in Spain need extend delivery…
People in Spain need extend delivery times but use the word "normally" to escape guilt, an order placed Thursday still no arrived on Tuesday. I would always prefer truth.

3-5 working days to receive your order is stated on our website and is also sent to your email when your order is placed. 'Normally' is used as we use 3rd party couriers to send orders, we have absolutely no way of guaranteeing a date unfortunately. Absolutely no problem with the way our…
Absolutely no problem with the way our order was actioned or with the goods when we received them.
I would have given 5 stars but the GLS delivery was hopeless. I arranged for the delivery to be made to a specific Parcel Store which was confirmed by GLS who then tried on 2 occasions to deliver to my home address before eventually delivering to a completely different Parcel Store.
Whilst Russells cant be responsible for GLS, perhaps they should consider using more efficient delivery companies.
