Support can not tell you the specs of the wheel
The only answer I get is
"We don't sell the front wheel, look on amazon or aliexpress"
Buy your bike by a company who has spare parts for sale also like PVY, hitway

I ordered a bike and payed, but without any explanation they cancelled the order. When I asked them, they replied that the bike was not available. When I looked on their website, I could still order it. When I asked about this, they told me that they didn’t use this website anymore? Very strange and unreliable.

I bought the Samebike RS-A01 Plus Electric City Bike. Whitin a day the right pedal fell of. Because the material that's supposed to hold the screw in, is very cheap. Response you could get a new pedal, but then the problem would still be the same. Within 2 months, one spoke from the back tire broke. And you know how that goes, whitin 5 days, I had 7 broken spokes. I had to replace all of them. The front rack just broke after 7 months, it had rusted away and till this day I can't find a replacement, because they don't sell it as an accessoires. I tried buying different ones, but the holes are just to small to fit. The innertube, cheap material. The overall quality of the bike is very cheap. The only thing that works properly is the motor.

Bullshit!!!! Don't ever buy from these liars and crooks! I bought a 20LVXD30 and it worked only for 112km on normal roads. It was 2021. Then it broke. I had to replace the controller and it took them several weeks to provide a suitable connections diagram and I had no support în diagnosing the default. I went by myself and found that the alarm was fault. I ordered a new one on their site( 55 euro for a pièce worth at most 10) and they say they will deliver în 18-25days. Bullshit again: 1 month is passed and they continue to postpone from day to day. That's their system to make money from interests! BULLSHIT CHINESE SYSTEM

Bought folding e-bike .For the money it is a good purchase. The support email link only got back after I threatened to return 2 bikes.The key for the e-bike function is underneath the bike and cannot be removed whilst riding the bike.They insisted several times it could .I was right.Heavy and sturdy bike but not a problem if transporting by car

Brilliant bike, and excellent value for money. Wanted a folding bike, for easier storage and taking in small car on holiday. Ideal standard equipment, with lights running off battery, which gives ideal range. Bought through Amazon and very, very pleased with it.

If I could give zero star I would! Bought bike, their courier XDP attempted delivery on 7th August. I wasn't at home I missed it by 20 minutes. Courier took a picture of my house, nothing ever left his van so no idea what the package looks like. All of this is on camera. I kept emailing asking when it would be delivered to be told 'soon'. Took days off work. No bike. On 15th August XDP changed the status from 'at depot' to Delivered! The bike was never delivered. Video footage shows no courier was near my door since the attempted first delivery on 7th August. Between the courier and samebike I have been made feel like a liar and a thief. They have told bank it was delivered and signed for on 5th August with the photos taken of my house when I wasnt in on 7th!! How can I sign for something 2 days prior to a failed delivery???? It was XDP who took delivery from samebike on 5th into their depot not me. The evidence XDP and samebike sent to bank was the details I can see on the courier tracking page.
These 2 companies are awful. XDP did not deliver the bike and lo and behold the driver does not work there anymore. Samebike have been leading me on telling me to send evidence so they have proof but they are not interested in the truth they only want to keep my money. AVOID THIS COMPANY AND XDP AT ALL COSTS. I will be seeking legal advice on this. Terrible experience. No bike and no refund. They should be outed for their behaviour. Oh.... And I got an email to say if I gave them a good review I would get a free gift!!!

Bought a Samebike Lotdm200-ii from their website, it came 2 days later, very happy with the bike itself, could do with a little more information on the lcd display and what the programme modes mean but managed to find the information online myself, no problems so far and I've done 100km on it already

Bought an SY26 from the company website, arrived on time , great bike very happy so far only 100km done all good ,

After a week, the pedals fall off. They do send replacements, but they're exactly the same, so you still have to buy new and decent pedals yourself. After a few weeks, the chain starts to rust, the mudguards rub against the wheels, and you have to tighten the brakes significantly. After the warranty period, things really go downhill. Then the battery just cuts out randomly, the computer fails, and the chain keeps coming off all the time. Folding the bike is no longer possible by then because it's completely rusted. In short, with a bit of luck, this bike lasts a year, and then you have to replace practically everything that can be replaced. Cheap really means poor quality for Samebike. It's better to spend a bit more initially for a bike that won't fall apart after a year. One of the worst purchases ever.

Brought a bike from this cowboy outfit but battery only shows 10%charge at full charge asked to do a test on the battery which I'm not qualified to do .well the battery sparked very badly and destroyed my multimeter there answer was go get another and do it again.
There a bad company who send out faulty bikes then expect you to risk your life finding the fault
Stay well clear of this company buy from a company or shop with proper back up available a update they sent the bike out with the wrong battery but instead of rectify the problem its just easy to blame you and make you purchase another at your expense. I have now reported them to trading standards as this company should not be trading in the UK.

Ordered a bike, got delivered to the wrong address. Despite repeatedly asking them to correct it, they didn´t do anything, saying "it's DHL's fault, we did what we could". The product got returned back, and I never got a refund.

Bike delivered , put it all together , seems OK , tried to charge the battery , will not charge , i checked to charger output , was fine , battery totally dead and will not take a charge , contacted seller , waiting for response , bought from amazon , think i will probably have to return it after reading some of the reviews on here, hope i am wrong as it seems to be a nice bike.

Purchased a bike for $1500, never worked on arrival. Issue with brakes and drive train. Thing was about to explode due to the heat. They asked me to take to a local bike shop and they would repair. I did, bike shop couldn't fix it, I lost on the repair money, they blocked my emails as if I never purchased with them, now I'm fighting with my credit card company to get my money back. Beware, oversees company, they don't have a support team and their product is absolutely horrible. They should be shut down and not allowed to operate. Very sad indeed.

Broke after 3 days. Complete failure if motor unit. Refuse to take it back. Unbelievable. Don't ever buy!

this company would improve its credability if it was to treat their customers with respect and respond to any after sales enquiries instead of ignoring them

Don't bother .. used the bike 4 times then battery packed up .. ebay seller ,, Starknightgear not interested in helping , replacement battery turned up defective .. now not replying to emails on ebay or to manufacturer... don't waste your money !!!!

If I could give a zero I would.

7 months on..bike faulty..battery charger unit faulty..battery not holding charge..no customer service at any level..nearly £1000 wasted and a warranty that appears to amount to nothing..disgusting and disgraceful service from all parties involved..
Do Not shop with Samebike or Greatideas via ebay

Our Samebike folding bike 20LVXD30-II 350W is fantastic. Upgraded our old ebikes and these are brilliant. Great speed and long distance mileage is an added bonus. Love the horn and locking system. The PAS is automatic and takes off which I love, great for the steeper inclines too. Very happy. Only fault is the seat which I am replacing
