I bought a Samebike 20lvxd30 in July

I bought a Samebike 20lvxd30 in July. In September the battery packed in, very rude woman in Customer service says no warranty because I didn't buy it off the website. I should have a manufacturers warranty for 1 year but she just tried to sell me a motor as she does not understand english. She is very rude and always uses !!!!!!!!!!! I have been left with a broken bike, 6 months old and told to jog on. AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID

Very bad customer service

The bike was good , but the issue is that no good after sale services. When you email them they take ages to answer you.
No I can't use my bike , I am waiting for their answer to buy a part. I just need an answer!

Bike was fine but then no support from the company.

Chunky folding mountain bike pattern model LO26. Bought for my son (in the UK) by his Grandmother two years ago shortly before she died. It's done a lot of miles and the battery has held up but now twin problems and dreadful service / help from the company. Two emails and because my son was not the buyer an end to the conversation.

We were not asking for warranty service just some advice to help diagnose the problem (it suddenly died despite battery being fine and the Mode + - switch is crumbling, seems to be 'plastic fatigue!' . . . . ) I would have liked help and would have bought any spares necessary. Also asked for recommendations for a service agent / repairer . . . . Nothing.

It seems this company has a lousy reputation amongst bike shops and repairers in the UK. Our local ones say they have the same attitude displayed.

I have an electric bike from their main rival and everything is the opposite. So now my son is using mine. So, only buy if you can be assured of back up. This much money for a scant two years use is too much.

i boughta a samebike the neme is samebike my sm26 it was € 879 it is very good and worth the money it is excellent it is worth buying i am very happy with it people say it is worth the money they never seen a bike like it worth the money they are going to look online cheaper what you buy in the shop it is batter what you see in the shop thank you samebike.store

Service Samebike

Hi guys, I would like to extend my best regards to the samebike people. I bought a bike from them a year ago and I am very pleased. Apart from one problem, everything works perfectly. This problem was the throttle in which the spring broke, I probably used it too brutally haha. However, this is not a problem anymore because samebike, as soon as he heard about my problem, sent me a spare part immediately, and contact with the support team was pure pleasure, the people there are very friendly and helpful. Thank you once again for this part and I am sure that I will be riding this bike for a long time again, and I did 3,500 kilometers in a year. The bike paid me back several times during this time. Btw. I don't understand these negative comments at all. I am more than happy with the bike and the service. I greetings to all ebikers.
