I don't normally write reviews, but Sanza certainly deserve this one. I now Use them regularly, the products are always high quality. Having lived in NZ for 10 years, this is a great way for me to get the food I use to eat. Some of my favourites have been discontinued (as they are no longer there), however I'm sure there's a reason.

Courier service is highly professional - I find I get a 2 hour delivery slot on the day and a tracking number for updates. Never had anything missing, packaging to perfection. Will be ordering from them again, very soon - just waiting for specific items to become back in stock! Which I am hoping will be in a few days.

I've tried other companies and Sanza is by far the best.

Wow what great fast customer service! I have not received my hamper yet as only ordered today. So far I'm over the moon with fast response from Finn O'Brien. My sister moves to Australia next year so for a gift Xmas 2016 I'm given a hamper of things for her to try.

Being a first timer looking for New Zealand food in the UK for our kids doing their OE this website is a must. The range of food, drink and other items is fantastic you just need to scroll through the list and tick tick tick, the items you require. You can even request items if they do not stock them and they will endeavour to get them for you. The delivery service is second to none, next day delivery in UK and for a mere 50p you can add your own note to the order for the lucky recipients. Fantastic all round

I live in USA, and had ordered some Aussie chocolate for a friend in UK. After 10 days, when I'd heard nothing from her, I emailed Sanza and got a immediate response that they would mail out a replacement order for my friend. Two days' later I had a very happy friend.

Ordering easy, products great but courier didn't follow my instructions re delivery so my daughter and son in law received a Xmas parcel that was opened and staff ( they manage a hotel/ motel ) and rummaged through. Emailed company and no response or follow up. So much for customer service after spending £250.00

I have just ordered 12 bottles of the beer , next day delivery arrived and the process has and will make my grandad extremely happy for Christmas .

I ordered sweets on the Wednesday morning, they arrived Thursday! Absolutely brilliant service and sweets(lollies). Well packed without excess packaging. Definitely recommend this company to those looking for some fun sweeties!!

Very good service from Sanza, excellent products (although a little expensive), watch for their specials, made everything that little bit cheaper. The only problem I had was the overnight courier company they used were not that reliable. So ended up spending two days in waiting for my delivery and another day chasing up it. Not to much of a problem for me, but imagine working people could be pulling their hair out.

Would highly recommend Sanza, they offer a wide range of goods at great prices. Always looking out for their awesome bargain deals! Plus delivery is super quick, everything has came the day after despatch so they will definitely be having my business for the foreseeable future. Great Job Sanza!

After a trip down under, I got hooked on NZ snacks (Rashuns - delicious cheese and bacon crisps) and have ordered these and other NZ and Aussie crisps and chocolate over the last couple of years. The service is always quick and the snacks well in date. This website is about the only place I've been able to find these snacks and if you keep your eyes open for special offers, there are the odd bargains.
