The website advertises “free shipping” and “fair prices”, but that’s very misleading. What they don’t tell you clearly is that customs duties and taxes are NOT included. You only find this information hidden somewhere in the terms and conditions after you’ve already placed your order.

I had to pay around €40 extra to DHL upon delivery, which makes their products significantly more expensive than competitors. Be careful – the total cost is far from what the website claims.

Armaan made everything so seamless for me and kept me fully informed on the processing stage which I personally found hard to wait for till my parcel of 7 sarees got picked up and in no time it reached my door step in Auckland New Zealand. The quality of the sarees were amazing, better then what I expected for the price I paid for. Nicely packed and no damages to the content. I would highly recommend this team, trustworthy and reliable. Easy to communicate and staff have product knowledge and always comes up with solutions to make shopping easier to suit customer needs.

I ordered two items from saree palace. I was skeptical at first ordering Indian outfits online because of bad experiences in the past but I was blown away by the attention to detail from saree palace. All my questions were answered very promptly by Armaan via WhatsApp. The outfits I received were top notch quality and the fitting was amazing!! The shipping was super fast (took less then 5 days to reach New Zealand after dispatch). Overall amazing experience highly recommend this place for anyone, will be ordering from here again!!

Being my first time ordering Indian outfits online that was shipping from outside the US, I was a little hesitant and nervous. One of the three outfits was for a wedding, so a lot was riding on this order. 2 of the outfits were standard sizes. You might want to add an inch to your measurements, but otherwise, true to fit. The third outfit was a custom lehenga that fit my daughter very well. The zipper was strong, stitching clean, and no irregularities that I noticed. The fabric was good quality and comfortable. The top fabric, under lining, and even layers under the lehenga skirt looks and feels like quality materials. They didn’t have the fabric for one of my outfits but offered more than one alternate that looked identical to what I ordered. The value for was I paid was excellent. The customer service was 10/10 even with the time difference, and very much appreciated. They responded to my questions in a timely manner and their system allows you to check the status of your order. I was given tracking information when shipped, and it arrived before expected packaged individually and boxed VERY securely as it made its long way to CA. Each piece is beautiful and exactly how it looks online. From ordering to delivery, the entire process was very efficient, professional, and a very positive experience. I have no hesitation whatsoever perusing their site for my next order. Thank you!

My pre-stiched Saree with petticoat and blouse arrived today (to Germany). It's beautiful and perfectly sewn to my size. The process and communication with the stuff were perfect, and I was always given friendly help with any questions I had. It only took 11 days from ordering to delivery to Germany. We have been buying from Saree Palace for a few years no. So far, they have delivered on their promise. Items were shipped in a timely manner, and shipping was fast considering the distance from India to the US. Thank you.

It is difficult to get beautiful, vibrant, cotton clothes in the UK so I turned to Saree Palace and bought several kurtis. The prints are gorgeous, the cotton opaque, the shapes feminine، and I love the slit on the kurtis which allow me to put my hands in my trouser pockets! So far (one month) they have washed well and have not creased enough, even from an overnight bag, to convince me to iron.

Delivery is slow, understandably, because the clothes are made to order. However, the clothes were not dispatched as soon as they were made so that was frustrating. The wraps I ordered had single-sided print - and their selvedges - so I would say they just lengths of fabric rather than wraps.

Most important information: sizing.
My bust is 46" so I ordered 46".
The clothes that arrived measured 46" at the bust.
Fortunately, I had lost a (very) little weight so could manage with non-wired bras.
When I buy again, I will order 2-4" larger, depending on the style.

Was a little unsure about ordering from online because I've never done it but I thought I would give it a try and I was really impressed with my order. It arrived within 2 weeks and the fit was perfect. The collection of outfits they have is amazing!

Saree Palace is a good place to shop! I find the duty is less than other places. I had order three Lengha and overall was happy with the experience. Arman assisted me throughout the process of ordering and ensured that all the extra details that I required were added. Arman was very patient and knowledgeable on the products and I could not have done it without his guidance and support. Thank you. I recommend Sarees Palace! I was skeptical buying online as I’m based in NZ but I communicated with them via WhatsApp and they were super helpful. I ordered last week on Tuesday and received the package in 10 days which was super unexpected and impressive! I have another order sitting with them now so I’m looking forward to it!
