Lousy customer service
A flight reservation that I made several months ago was changed by the airline about a week before the flight. They changed my flight from being a direct evening flight (just a 1-hour flight) to having a layover and departing in the afternoon (more than 5 hours earlier than the original flight). An email was sent out, but as I was on vacation, I only saw the email 2 days later.
I called SAS's customer service, and waited 1/2 an hour on hold to speak with a representative. Once I got one on the line, they told me that since I didn't call within 24 hours, they can't help me!
Very frustrating experience, will think twice before flying with SAS in the future.
