Awful customer service
Awful customer service, seems very confused about basic questions, doesn’t know their own company policies and refused to cancel my membership so I’ve just resulted in skipping it for a month and will try again. Call operator was useless!! I asked to speak to someone else and she said no and then proceeded to hang up on me which is incredibly frustrating considering I was waiting an hour to speak to an advisor anyway!! Still awaiting my parcel with no useful up to date tracking. Will not be buying from them again

Extremely disappointing experience and unacceptable customer service
I’ve had a terrible experience with Savage X Fenty. I was charged for a membership I did not knowingly sign up for, and when I tried to resolve it, the customer service was incredibly slow and unhelpful. I waited hours for responses on the live chat, despite replying within minutes, and still struggled to get clear answers or timely support.
I’ve now had to involve my bank because of how poorly this was handled. No customer should have to chase a company this hard just to cancel something they never agreed to in the first place.
Overall, extremely disappointing. I would strongly advise others to be cautious.

Absolute joke! Been charged £49 for a subscription I never wanted. Spent hours trying to get through on live chat and phone. Have messaged on Facebook and instagram and have emailed my right to withdrawal within 14 days! Have seen nothing but hassle about trying to cancel the subscription aswell daylight robbery

Beware of this company. I subscribed for the first month, and after that, I tried to cancel my membership by calling them. I've been on the phone for 2 hours, yet no one has answered. I tried to send a message via the live chat, and they said that my account doesn't have any membership credits, so they won't charge me, and there is no need to cancel. However, they have been charging me for 4 months!!! This company is a scam. BEWARE!

Nice products but unfortunate borderline-scam-sales tactics.
Buying one product can result in you being drafted into a £50 "VIP" subscription and the website is deliberately misleading about this. It also makes it deliberately difficult to unsubscribe once you are aware of the subscription month and £50 later. There is no option to manually unsubscribe. To do so, you are directed to live chat which does not respond for up to three hours.
Quality products let down my Teemu-style marketing / sales tactics aimed at trapping paying customers into subscriptions unfortunately. Stick to selling nice products normally?

They automatically make you a member and make you pay £49.95 per month without telling you.
I didn't notice that had happened, logged into my bank account to find they had charged me for to months (£99.90).
Requested a full refund and cancel of the membership online with their online customer support chat service.
Took ages talking with them to get my money back:
The agent said "we only have the option to refund the most recent charge as per policy since again credits are meant to be used towards an order."Meaning they would only refund me one month.
I refused and requested a full refund for both months.
The agent said "If that's the case, allow me one moment to request this to our higher department."
Then the agent got back to me and said " As a one-time courtesy, I have successfully refunded £99.90 for 2 member credits on the account. Please allow 3-5 business days for it to reflect on your bank account."

I don’t recommend this company. Here is a balanced view of why:-
Negatives
1)The VIP club takes money from you monthly unless you remember to manually cancel it.
2) They literally never have the cup size F in stock.
3) The site is really difficult to search for available products in my size.
Positives
1) the orders I have placed arrived and a couple of them have fitted
2) where I’ve returned items, they have been refunded when I’ve asked - but the refund of the VIP “money” goes back into their pot until I can find something else to purchase.

On the other hand, we would like to mention that you don't necessarily have to cancel or pay a monthly fee. You can enjoy our Reward Membership and benefits, discounts, and promos entirely for free. That's why we have the skip option available for our Reward Members; the skip button is available every month between the 1st and 5th on the website home page. Just by skipping the month, you keep all of your Reward Membership benefits entirely for free. We also have a guest checkout for customers who wish to make regular purchases without discounts.
Regarding our sizes, we will definitely use your feedback to improve. Also, some items are more popular than others and sell out quickly. We have a "Favorites" list on the website where you can save items, and we will notify you when they are back in stock. Regarding restocking and new collections, this usually happens at the beginning of each month.
When you return something to us, it depends on how you paid. If you paid with Member Credits, you will be refunded back to your Reward Membership. If you paid with another payment method, you have the option to choose how the refund will be processed.

I would rate them zero stars. This is a scam. Shame on you Rihanna to tie your name to this scam. What a nasty way of doing business. Without knowing you join a paid membership of €49,95 per month without any warning. It took me two days to get to talk/chat to an real person called Maria. She would not help me stop this ridiculous membership but kept on giving me new fake bargains and trying to sell stuff. Be careful. Don’t buy here. On top of it: the two bra’s my daughter bought are of bad quality and end up costing me €90 each (incl the membership) never again
