I made a claim for watch repair which was allocated number 857646 , and as soon as SBS were nominated they contacted me on several occasions to arrange works and delivery details . When works were put in place SBS kept me informed of progress and finally confirmed secure return details to suit our timetable .
We were delighted with their service as a result of good communication and most polite and helpful staff.

Extremely prompt service and was kept very well informed during the whole of my claim and delighted with my repair.

Amy called me to ask for photographs of the damage which I sent over. The next day Amy called again to tell me that the iPad was not repairable and gave me options to settle the claim. there was no nonsense, no trick questions to trip you up.
They listened to the facts of what happened, phoned me a few times, asked for damage report from a specialist and proof of cost.
My only claim in 20 plus years. I hope there will be no more.

What can I say….I was incredibly sceptical to be dealing with an insurance assessor for the first time and SBS could not have been more helpful, supportive, kind and communicative.

I was assigned Fatima from the outset and her regular updates were something I’d not expected. The ring I have is incredibly sentimental and I was very worried about posting this out to their jewellery workshop via DHL incase it got lost.

Fatima reassured me that I had nothing to worry about and even contacted me the minute my package arrived there, as she was aware how anxious I was. My ring is irreplaceable.

When my ring arrived back, I can honestly say I was terrified to open the packaging but thrilled when I saw it. The work that had been carried out is second to none. It’s more beautiful than before.

I cannot thank SBS enough for their professionalism from the outset but particularly Fatima, for her wonderful approach and caring nature. I’d say pay her more and don’t loose her, she’s a great asset.
