Had such a great interaction with this company. Handled my insurance claim on behalf of direct line. The claim handler Claire Ingram was very professional, and also personal. She understood not only the cost value of a replacment, but also the sentimental value. She was caring and considerate, and kept me informed throughout the claim.

Michael and Klara were great in dealing with my claim. They were very swift in dealing with my issue and resolved it in a timely manner. I am very happy.

The most awful experience. These aparent professionals were third in the food chain from my insurance company. The demanded (demanded) to go through the whole claim process again - bearing in mind they are low in the food chain and were tasked with 1 thing. They couldn't even do that. Back to my insurance company who I pay for and who are now dealing. The compancy is shocking. Especially this Kurt person. NOT A CLUE.

Having lost a treasured bangle that my husband bought me 22 years ago, I was directed to SBS. The whole experience was excellent, Claire Ingram took me through every stage and explained step. It was lovely to have such a polite and pleasant person.

A fairly pleasant experience from SBS following only my second insurance claim! Ed kept me up to speed on what was happening with the collection process of the damaged goods & Amy was quick to get back to me with an acceptable offer following inspection of the damaged goods. Cheers guys!

SBS made my claim feel very personalised and helped guide me through their process step by step all the way. Rachel D-B was my claim handler and she was so supportive and helpful and made sure she kept me in the loop and made follow up calls and emails. I would definitely recommend SBS.

The two men that were assigned to replace carpets on landing stairs and in hall were extremely professional, discreet, polished, experienced, courteous & exceptional in manner.
Craftsmanship excellent.
They arrived promptly and before I knew it they had completed the work.
The vacuumed as they went along and removed all of the bagged old carpet.
Restored some of my faith in tradesman and would HIGHLY recommend them in a heart beat
