I've been a member since 2016
I've been a member since 2016. I needed to renew and add a different card to be charged. I keep getting an error message when trying to login and have seeked assistance from multiple sources, all with arrogant useless resolution attempts - into the third day now for resolution but no worries I'll be contacted again in 24-48 hours. These people are a Frickin Nightmare to deal with!! Run while sanity in check!! They're asking for an order confirmation so it's easier for them to understand your experience, I have found NONE
12/6 I believe today is the fourth day without resolution, but no worries, they asked for my contact information, which they have had since 2016, as one of their extremely bright and caring agents recently told me, so they can resolve as quickly as possible. I now find myself questioning the integrity of a company whose agents seem to not understand nor care about my seemingly minor issue while being unprotected to the World for coming on a week; and their product has kept my information safe for approximately eight years now?? Something is not right!!

I got a auto renewal notice on…
I got a auto renewal notice on 26/09/2024 1 mth in advance of renewal date.
I text saying Iwas not going to renew and recieved a confirmation text back.
On 28/10/24 this company charged 119 euro to my credit card without my permission and after being told of not renewing and sending me a confirmation text.
