Roudybush baby food
I mainly use Scarlett’s not always the cheapest but fast service and the best advice,
I use the hand rearing formula from roudybush on their advice and haven’t looked back my baby Alexandrine s have always come on well.
they also start on proper food quicker from 7 weeks I have to drag them off of the adult food. these are my 12.13 and 14th baby parrots, they are very alert quick and into everything, at 7 weeks they nearly take off, won’t be long now.

Emailed them about high delivery cost, and lack of delivery options, received a defensive email back. I am currently having a problem with the courier which proves my point. They dont appreciate their customers so will not buy from them again.

I am sorry you are not happy with our delivery cost, as we have stated previously the cost is prominent and clear before a customer orders. DPD are one of the best couriers we have found and the majority of customers prefer DPD. We wish you well for the future
Used this company for a while now but…
Used this company for a while now but the customer service is failing and the products. Seems on a regular, my orders are either not fully complete and missing, damaged or split open. And wrong items sent , very fast to get those picked up (next day) but not the correct items sent as quickly. It is a shame as they hold a wide stock but some quality in large birds toys for those large species are becoming dangerous and using cheaper materials , sadly after fair few mishaps I will be going elsewhere .

I just received my order of Nutriberries for my parrots. The goods arrived in perfect condition and fresh. Ordering was a snap and best of all, they arrived the next day!

Shocking customer service
Customer service from this company is shocking.
Item arrived damaged and because I said they should’ve packaged it better to protect it they wouldn’t send a replacement.
If paying £240 for an item of course I want it to arrive in perfect condition.
Ended up going with another company paying more money for item but it arrived in perfect condition on a pallet strapped down with cardboard and bubble wrap protecting every part of it.
Will never shop there again after the shocking customer service.

The email provided is not correct I have emailed that one and also replied to it to make sure it's correct and it's just saying undeliverable
Ordered parrot perches and some food the food and one of the perches I can't complain about at all but one perch arrived with out anyway of attaching it to the cage I assume as it has fallen off during packing I sent an email asking if I could just have a washer and wing nut sent out but no response I've also called multiple times daily but never get an answer
