Always a pleasant shopping experience, fast delivery everything delivered with care , used Scarlett parrots for quite a while now would recommend to anyone with feathered friends I have a macaw and African grey and I can always find stuff for them both wether it be toys or food.

I have been purchasing all my parrots toys and food since I got him 2 years ago, and I have been so very pleased with the fantastic service I have received. They have a wonderful, wide selection of toys at great prices, all of which have looked better in person. They also have a sizeable selection of food, cages, lamps, cleaning products, heathcare and more! Furthermore, any time I have needed to contact them with a query they have always provided quick, courteous and helpful responses. On top of that delivery is always very speedy, and all my items have arrived in one piece and well packed. I will continue to keep Scarlets Parrot Essentials as my place to go for all my parrots needs and I can't recommend them enough. Thank you for keeping my feathered friend so very happy. :)

It always impresses me how quickly my order is despatched. It doesn’t seem to make any difference on what day, be it weekdays or weekends. Ordered yesterday afternoon and due to be delivered next day, without fast delivery option.
It’s also my goto in parrot supplies, as I like the range of natural products available.

I now have one happy conure and 2 happy budgies. Everything was packed really well so nothing was damaged.
The Scarlett’s own mix for parakeets is such a lovely blend of seeds and spices, it smells delicious. I will definitely be shopping here again :)

Excellent service
I rang this company to enquire about a product I had seen online. They were extremely helpful and I was then able to order the product. I have just received notification from the courier to say the parcel is expected. Now that's what I call service. Excellent.

I've ordered for my flock from these for a while now and have never been disappointed, even when they couldn't get the pellets I use due to a move, they still got in touch and explained and thought of solutions. 10/10 on customer service and produce.

I'm a ever returning customer. I know the quality of bird food is 5*. My c.a.g loves the variety and is thriving on it. The toys are well made for parrot beaks. The couple of times I've had to call the staff have always been friendly and happy to help.

OMG I ordered my parrot an Advent calendar (I left it a little late) but miraculously it arrived the very next day! Which happened to be Dec 1st. To say I’m impressed is an understatement.
