Poor customer service
Hi,
You should have given me the opportunity to say yes or no regarding the delay. At no point did you contact me to explain that the order could not be fulfilled until next week, nor did you give me any option to proceed or cancel.
This lack of communication is unacceptable. Good customer service means keeping customers informed, not making assumptions and acting without consultation. In this situation, your customer service has been very poor.
I would appreciate an explanation as to why no contact was made before this decision.

I have NEVER made a review on anything. Not a product, place, or thing, but this company has pissed me off beyond belief. To save you the time, don't order. You only get your stuff if your rich or famous.

I placed an order on December 3rd so I can get a Christmas present for my mother. Today, December 21st i'm canceling the order because the NEVER SHIPPED IT. I sent upwards of 5+ messages and each time I got generic responses. The one time I got a human they said one of the things I ordered was out of stock. SO WHYYY would you not put that on the site. I deliberately avoided out of stock or pre-order items and they were too lazy to update their site.

As a resolution they changed my order to something in stock and offered me a free oil. They then told me to wait 5-7 days for it to ship. To absolutely no ones surprise, it never shipped AGAIN. I have canceled my order with them and asked for a full refund. I will be contacting my bank and the BBB if they play with my money any further.

Do not waste your time with this fraud of a company and just buy anything else. Get a candle warmer because those last longer and smell better than this junk.

Took payment, then cancelled order

They took payment and confirmed the purchase, then a few hours later they cancelled the order due to unavailable stock.

This is not how you do business. Don't take payment for things you don't have.

USE AT YOUR PERIL !!!!!

I ordered from this company on the 28th August ..When my order didn't arrive I contacted them to be told that funnily enough they were at that very moment cancelling my order and issuing my refund. Thats fine apparently they had taken more orders than they had stock although I wish they would just update their ordering system to say out of stock. Now it gets tricky im yold to expect my refund in 3-5 business days .It didn't arrive so I chased them up to be told its wasn't actually cancelled until the 1st September so I had to wait until Tues 9th September. It still hadnt arrived and bizarrely disappeared from my bank statement. I contacted my bank as I am suspecting fraud 😡Now they start trying to fob me off with Klarna , I didn't purchase through Klarna but they advised that they use them as their bank . I was sent screen shots that were unreadable and told to contact them myself which I did..Klarna had no record as my transaction wasnt through them so I now go back to sensational who said "They thought this might happen " I'm furious by this stage .Their customer service is ABYSMAL !!!!😡 Now they are telling me that klarna have changed their refund policy and its within 10 business days .A business that doesn't know its own policies is unbelievable..The 10 days is up on Friday!!! I will update if I recieve my refund ..quite honestly im not holding out much hope .This company are not fit to be trading .

I would rather give zero stars

I would rather give zero stars. Ordered 3 items begin of may. Due to a mistake in the address they had to wait before it could be send. After all was good the items were send. After 3 weeks still no delivery. I send an email and got a fast response saying they would look into it and get back to me as soon as they knew more. 1 week later still no delivery. I send another email. Again a fast response saying they were still on it. 2 weeks later still no delivery. Send them another email, no response. 1 week later send an email again, no response. Almost 2 months and still no delivery and no more responding on emails.
My advice. Nevcer order anything on this website

Bad service

Last month, I placed an order for eight scentsational perfumes. I have not received any correspondence, upon inquiry concerning the order. I had requested them to send me tracking number. Despite numerous emails, I have not received a response. They have terrible service, and I would not recommend ordering from them. It is unclear whether my order will be delivered

Scentsational needs investigating

I wish I had read the reviews before I put my trust in Scentsational. I placed an order with them for £116.81worth of Christmas gifts. Like several other buyers experiences I have read about, one of my items was missing. I emailed the company expecting them to send out the missing item but they refused. The following is an extract from their reply "Unfortunately, without a photo of the front of the box we cannot compensate you due toa lack of evidence."
I explained to them that the box had been taken by the bin men but they still refused to believe me without a photo of the box. Apparantly the label on the box is linked to something their end. I cannot see how that would prove a missing item. Fortunately the item was the cheapest in my order. If I was trying to scam them I would surely claim the most expensive item was missing. After reading several incidents similar to mine it is clear that Scensational are scamming their customers. I also noticed that all the complaints except one are from Great Britain and reviews from other country's are much better. I believe this company needs investigating.

This website is a scam. Send half delivery and won't refund lost items. Takes days to return emails and never answer the phone. There is no live chat. Avoid. Scam artists. Will be contacting trading standards.

Scentsational have kept my money for an item they have not sent me.

I ordered two products - one Issey Myake and one Ralph Lauren Polo Blue. I received two separate parcels both contained Issey Myake but I have NEVER received the Ralph Lauren Polo Blue. I offered to send the Issey Myake back that I did NOT order and asked them at the same time to refund me the money for the Ralph Lauren Polo Blue that I have not had. They refused saying they would only refund me for the item I have not had when they get that item back. However I have just been told by Paypal that Scentsational anyway have no intention anyway of refunding me for the Ralph Lauren Blue as they have a photograph of the package left outside my door so they say I must HAVE HAD BOTH ITEMS and they refuse to believe that I have NOT had both the items so even if I returned the second Issey Myake that I did not order they never had any intention of refunding me for the item I have not had! Paypal back them up so they have clearly NOT read my reasoning for the partial claim. Never order from these people they dont care just keep your money. Absolutely UNBELIEVABLE.

Order at your peril ! They are here to deceive .

Ordered 2 bottles of the same aftershave , 1 arrived the next day , no sign of the other one ! Tried to live it was chat off line , tried to call no staff were in? , tried to email 4 times no reply ! What do I do ? Have reported this to trading standards this is very worrying .
