Fantastic customer service and quality
Fantastic customer service. returns and exchanges have never been a problem. Ordered twice with this supplier. Really great customer services. my uniform order was rushed to us as I needed it ASAP,arrived next day.... and that was on normal delivery!
Quality of clothes is great,well made,nice quality material. So much better than I've ever got on the high Street.
Will be my go to school shop.

I am delighted to recommend School Uniform Shop as a supplier. This past year I moved my children away from a Prep School and into a State School. This meant that I was no longer tied to a Preferred Supplier offering regulation, logo-branded uniforms. School Uniform Shop has made the transition for our family so easy and pleasant! I can buy the usual high quality pieces of uniform and then buy iron-on badges from my children's school office. I've bought multiple pairs of leather school shoes for boys and girls from here - the quality is really high and they polish beautifully. All the items I have bought so far have kept their shape and remain in excellent condition. School Uniform Shop pieces keep my children looking smart and proud to represent their school.

Best decision I ever made
after being told I had a 14 week wait for a 'bigger than stock blazer' to be ordered from my uniform shop, I found these online by pure chance, they had the exact purple that our blazers are and I received before the week even ended... the customer support was second to none and nothing seemed too much trouble, I will never use our local and apparently ONLY supplier again... TOP MARKS

David Luke Eco Senior Boys' Regular Fit Flat Front Trousers - Charcoal
I recently ordered a pair of boys’ school trousers for my son from the Uniform Shop, and while the first pair I received was too big and not the style I was expecting, the customer service experience made all the difference. The representative I spoke with was incredibly helpful, guiding me through the return process in a quick and easy way. She explained everything I needed to do, and the return was handled swiftly. They promptly sent out the replacement pair in the correct style, and I was pleasantly surprised that there were no extra postage charges.
As for the trousers themselves, they’re excellent quality—much better than many other brands I’ve tried. They fit perfectly, and I’m very pleased with how they look and feel. I’ll definitely be ordering more from the Uniform Shop in the future. Highly recommend!

Wonderful company with excellent choice and range, I especially like the recycled polyester school shorts- they last forever!! Real (lovely) humans in customer services, which is a delight, and very easy returns if things don’t fit etc. cannot recommend highly enough- and nice to be buying from a smaller company too. Extremely disappointed with the service from this company. Bought a large order as an individual and being accused of buying as a business and not accepting my consumer rights. I am taking legal action but please everyone be careful when ordering!! Cannot believe they are treating me in this manner, wish I had given my business to a genuine company.

We heard nothing further from you until we received a return on 26/09/24 when we examined the items returned, five in total we realised that the items were from your April orders, even if you had placed the April orders as a consumer and not a business, 5 months is outside our refund policy.
So what we did as a gesture of goodwill was we replenished you with 7200 points value £72, for the three items that were retuned from order number 257738 from April 22nd 2024.
For the two items that you had returned from the order number 257337 from 4th April our system shows that on 8th April we refunded you for these two items a total of £46.00 as they were showing out of stock at the time, so we have returned those two items to you as we can not be sure they were from us and we had refunded the two you had purchased already anyway.
Please could you let me know if I have missed anything from the above?
