It took a second phone call to get my query resolved at that time i was told I'd not be entitled to my refund and he escalated the complaint which was quickly resolved in my favour and my cheque arrived very quickly

The person on the phone was very polite and tried to be as helpful as she could. However, after 4 months I am still waiting for my recently installed smart meter to be functional. Apparently the installation is undertaken by subcontractors who they appear to have no control over

Basically I just got all the answers I needed in a very short space of time (spoke to Ras). It is reassuring to know that Scottish Power will keep an eye on my payments, to make sure I am paying the correct amount each month.

Well there I was sitting at my desk at 5 am in th morning doing my end of month finances and I thought that as I had a credit on my Gas Account I would check what it was. So I logged in and then it asked me for a reading so I had to get up and go outside to read the meter which matched the information on my smart meter. I put it in and back came my current credit which I duly noted. Since nothing had gone wrong all seemed OK - then it was time for some breakfast and at some point I thought I might get yet another survey to do.

I was having a meter move and Scottish powers sub contractor on the day moved the booking time twice then rang at 4pm to say they were not coming which left the property with no power supply and with the only help the advisor we finally got the meter fitted at midnight but still no power very poor service overall would think twice next time
