Staff was friendly and Helpful

The member of staff was friendly and helpful. He explained everything in plain English so I could follow, not throwing lots of figures at me, my query was answered in full and it's now cheaper for me

I usually put my metre readings in once…

I usually put my metre readings in once a month. I had issues with our lease holders as our one key in the key safe went missing. It took 6 wks for them to change the locks. Which meant I missed 2 months of readings. Customer services were brilliant and reassured me it didn't matter. I had been panicking at home and was getting frustrated. A little reassurance goes a long way. Thank you.

The products are easily understandable

The products are easily understandable. It would have been nice to compare tariffs without going in and out of each choice. Requesting a refund was tricky and a bit confusing but got my credit back within 5days.
