Very easy process. No issues.

The orders took a bit too long and they are a bit expensive.

I ordered the three piece set for my granddaughter. When I was unpacking it the cup slipped out of my hand. It was still in the plastic packaging but it broke. I realize that I dropped the cup, but for the price, I expected the product to be better quality, especially considering that the sets are for children. The pieces were cute and as ordered, but I won’t be a repeat customer.

Ordered the chunky notepads to give to a few teachers of my daughter's. The options are plentiful and pricing was very good. I waited a bit too long to order so getting the notepads was down to the wire before school let out for the summer. But arrive they did - and they were very well received!

I love my note pad. I love pads of all kinds but when they have my name on it I’m super excited. These pads are well made and beautiful. Thank you

I ordered my product in early December. Tried to call several times and check for delivery date, and every time I called it said the person I was trying to reach was not available, no matter which number I pressed. I also sent an email about the order and never received a response.

I do not recommend ordering through this company, I placed an order on 12/5 and it did not receive until after it was needed, 12/20. I have called and emailed multiple times, I finally received a response. The individual who responded is not able to assist without additional approval, I have been waiting for 2 weeks for the additional approval and havent received a response yet.

Their products are always wonderful and truly enjoyed by the receiver. Thank you!

It did take quite a while to receive the order, about 1 month. Order early if it is for a gift. I agree with the others who have said the website should show you a proof of your item so you can see the font before finalizing the order. I also ordered when there was a 50% discount. I think the pads are very pricey. I would not pay full price for them. They are not as thick as they appear on the website.

Ordered something December 1st, still waiting to receive it. Attempt to contact company and they do not answer the phone, chat or contact message. Poor customer service. Gift will not be received in time for the holiday present so will not use and will not recommend this place

This was a gift, but she sent me a note on it so I could see it. Beautiful medium-heavy stock paper. The only change I would have made would be to be able to see a preview of the item WITH the font/name I chose.

I love the product, but it took nearly a month to receive. For this reason I won’t be ordering from you for the holiday season.

Love the personalized school notes and envelopes! I was able to customize how I wanted it without any issues! Will definitely use again!
