I love the parent-teacher notepad and money envelope options! I am full time working mom, and I frequently have to send notes to school for transportation changes, etc. Having these notes saves me so much time! It also helps easily identify me as my daughter’s mother even though she and I have different last names. Service has always been great.

While I stand by my initial review, I must include that the customer service department responded to me within minutes of my email to them and have agreed to run the order for me again--this has lead me to amend my previous statements. The paper quality is great, as are the graphics; however, I find the binding to be of poor quality. Several pages have come off with the merest of movements. I accepted that might happen with the first few sheets--but this has extended to the 10th sheet and beyond. I was disappointed and if I hadn't gotten a discount as a first time buyer, I would be much more upset. Thank you.

My order got here the day of my granddaughters b-day party. It was exactly what I ordered & she loved it. The only part of my experience that made me uncomfortable was not getting an update @ all about my order. I had to initiate communication. Otherwise I'm very satisfied.

I ordered two dinner plates with my grand kids names on them. They arrived when promised and were well packed. The plates look great! The colors are bright, exactly as shown on the website. My grand kids love them!

The product itself was nice. The way it was shipped was terrible and ruined the product. I ordered 3 notepads. And they were crammed in a priority mail envelope and were bent and crushed upon arrival. It is very disappointing thiat packaging was so poor!! Get it right!! Would not order from this company again.

Our grandkids (and their moms and dads) love the melamine bowls with their initials and names! Only wish they were more childproof; one of the kid's bowls cracked after it fell from the table.

I love what I got. They were so easy to work with and made the slight adjustments I requested with no problem.

Product was great and when I contacted you for support/questions, I was responded to immediately. Only negative was it didn’t say expected delivery date and wasn’t much updating of progress. That area is the only thing I would change. I will order again from this site!

Truly the tops of the bags were adorable and I will share with many friends. We were shorted 10 bags though, which was really sad for my daughter's valentines party because I had to use zip lock bags and they just did not turn out cute. For such an expensive product, I wish the count of bags would have been more accurate.

I’m giving two stars without seeing the product due to the amount of time it takes to get the product. I ordered candy bag toppers for my child’s class Valentine’s Day party over 3 weeks ago and they still haven’t arrived. I was notified that they shipped 9 days ago. They were supposed to arrive 3 days ago. The tracking provided simply says “delay in transit” and does not provide a new anticipated arrival date.

I was looking for particular items, personalized children's melamine dish sets, and loved their patterns. And the items are great and colorful and just as pictures. But I also loved the very personal customer service when there was a problem with the order as it got close to Christmas. It got straightened out and the items were received in time. So along with the product, I would recommend them because of that.
