Visited whilst we were in the area, not deliberately to buy anything, just to browse.
Greeted by a perfumed showroom and friendly apron clad gent called Michael.
Not pushy or intrusive, just courteous and polite, explained the tag colours on the sofas and left us to our browsing.
We returned the next day and asked Michael to sell us a new sofa suite, was that easy.
Well done Michael and the scented showroom.

Lovely, welcoming staff team. It is such a nice experience to look around inside your shop. There were staff members on hand who were friendly and knowledgeable about the products, and it never felt as if they were trying to sell anything to me.
