We went to this outlet first on our search for a new leather sofa. The manager, Lowry, was exceptionally helpful and walked us through all the options and costs while making sure to listen and learn exactly what we were seeking to achieve. After visiting nine other outlets, we returned and purchased a new leather sofa. The main reasons for choosing this store were 1. Staff (Lowry) was really helpful, professional, and made us believe we have matched the purchase with our needs. 2. Widest selection of leather colors 3. The quality and design of the sofa.

My delivery guys, Andrew and Huw were friendly, polite and cheerful. They were quick with the delivery and constructing the furniture.

We had a really positive experience with Lowri who couldn’t have been more helpful. The shop was stunning too.

The lady who served us was very professional and knowledgeable about the product. Helped us choose the fabric, had a coffee and was a lovely customer experience.

On our first visit we were welcomed by Katerina, a lovely lady that guided us through the choices of sofas. So many.
We found one we liked, but wanted to look around for a bit.
A few weeks later, we popped in to recap on the sofa, and was helped by the lovely manager from Newport, sorry I can't remember her name, but she was really helpful and not pushy, if sale people get pushy, I leave.
But the manager was great, she gave us plenty of time to seat in the chairs, so we were able to make our own decisions, and we brought it, now just waiting for the delivery.
All the staff in the store were happy and friendly, they seemed like a happy team of people. Also the coffee was nice 👍

We were greeted with a smile and weren’t badgered just given all the information we asked for and left to browse until we needed help it was a very nice experience

Company were really helpful and pro-active when we needed to re-arrange the delivery day.
On the day of delivery, all went really well. The Delivery Team were really professional and friendly, explaining all the working etc.

From the moment of walking in through doors,we felt at ease,no pressure from salesmen but they said they were there when we needed them.We then approached Toni, who just put us totally at ease,explaining everything,all different fabrics and leather and colours,with her help we purchased a sofa,doing paperwork was very easy or Toni made it seem easy.Thank you very much but a special big thank you for Toni

Josh and Joshua are a credit to your company and were very informative and took no time to put the sofa together.

Popped into the Bristol Cribbs shop to find something for an awkward space, had all the family including my two toddlers.

Parents will know couch shopping with two excitable boys is a mission but the chap I dealt with was patient, kind and understanding of the distraction.

We did find what we needed, had to do a me sesson and then a wife session as we took turns keeping the kids entertained whilst our needs were patiently met.

Looks a bit posh when you go in but the staff were well trained, understanding and made the most of our visit.

Very happy, just great and would deffinately go back in the future.
