Great,service from start to finish,delivery guys kept me up to date on delivery time!

It was great from start to finish. Lots of help and advice when we ordered the chair from Fosse Park shop. Easy to get through to pay the balance for the chair. Informed of delivery date, update night before, next morning, then phonecall from driver. Chair delivered and put in our lounge. Excellent service🤩

I had a very positive experience in the Fosse park showroom. All the staff I encountered were very pleasant and helpful. I mainly dealt with Jack who provided great service .

Very welcoming when entered the store ask what I was looking for told them explained about the tickets which you could get in leather or fabric then left me to look round decided on my sofa and Dorian was very helpful showing me different fabrics I could have measuring up to make sure can fit into home all in all it was nice to shop there big thank you to Dorian

Our customer service man Raj, was an absolutely wonderful gentleman. He was the epitomy of great customer service!! He was friendly, helpful, funny, informative, not pushy at all. He was professional without being too formal. We were offered a drink by another customer service man. We found what we wanted and the transaction went through. It was an absolutely wonderful experience. And to think we thought we had found our ideal sofa in the shop next door, that was more expensive!!!
I would 100% recommend this store. Can't wait for our new sofa to arrive 😍

I could not take delivery of the sofa and chair myself as my husband had been taken into hospital but my granddaughter did ... everything went well and we are delighted with the furniture ..... thank you

We are very disappointed with service provided by Manager of leicester branch called Mr. ALI. He messed up with my address for delivery. In first he put financial address on delivery address. Then he asked for proof of address to change delivery address and then he put first line of address is correct and post code wrong. So he made my delivery 3 weeks late than they have arranged in first. I really appreciate and happy with the store sales boy called Taha. He gave us good sales service when we visited but disappointed with the manager. And main important thing is he never come over the phone and try to solve the problem. Mr. Ali is very bad manager. Thank you Scs. Never recommend others.
