Had to wait awhile 4 delivery but once it was ready 4 delivery kept up to date and delivery men very helpful and friendly

We are very disappointed with service provided by Manager of leicester branch called Mr. ALI. He messed up with my address for delivery. In first he put financial address on delivery address. Then he asked for proof of address to change delivery address and then he put first line of address is correct and post code wrong. So he made my delivery 3 weeks late than they have arranged in first. I really appreciate and happy with the store sales boy called Taha. He gave us good sales service when we visited but disappointed with the manager. And main important thing is he never come over the phone and try to solve the problem. Mr. Ali is very bad manager. Thank you Scs. Never recommend others.

The actual delivery went smoothly, but the changing of delivery time slots throughout the day was shoddy. Not the drivers fault but the logistics were poor. Those poor drivers were sent almost past our house to another delivery. They were as frustrated as we were!

Came within time frame was friendly and didn't take long to put settee together

The day of arrival, they arrived nice and early in the day, so I could do other things afterwards.
They worked efficiently and were polite and cheerful.

Service and delivery very good - sofa great.
Only one downside - when trying to make contact by phone took a very long time. Despite leaving message for call back had to ring again.
Otherwise perfectly satisfied.

From choosing the sofa instore to the delivery, keep informed all the way along. The delivery crew Simon and Kevin were great. Really Friendly lads. The quality of the sofas are outstanding, even the lower priced ones. Would recommend
