The men who delivered my setters were polite and thorough and took away all the packaging however, it had been raining and there was no offer to protect my carpet or to take off their shoes so I put towels down to protect what was obviously a new carpet as it still 'smelt'

Lovely gentleman delivered unpacked and put together our settees as came in two parts and cleaned up and tuck the rubbish away with them .

Waited 10 weeks for delivery settee's were installed ok but dissapointed when sat on smaller one as it left an indentation as though leather hasn't been stretched enough as it seems saggy. Have contacted ScS awaiting for them to get back to me. Paying over £4,000 for both sofas felt dissapointed with them.

The two lads turned up when expected and had messaged a few times so we were well inforned.
Despite not able to use our front entrance they quickly re arranged another suitable entrance. Very professional clean and tidy took all the packaging away. Made sure that we new how to operate the settees reclining mecanism. Super job

Thought the “ shopping experience “ was very nice ,I was greeted by all members of staff in a bright & cheery manner ! I would like to highly praise “ Anita” who was very helpful and accommodating as I changed my mind with my original order twice ,we received the same customer service as we did the first time we visited !! Lovely lady indeed !

The sales assistant was very helpful and friendly. He answered all of my questions thoroughly. The sofa I wanted was in the showroom in the material and colour that I was interested in. The next steps of the process were explained to me clearly.

We were greeted as we came in and offered help but we declined this so we could browse. We wondered around and made a decision and immediately a friendly young man was there to give us all details and delivery dates. We had a very pleasant experience and would recommend to friends

From the minute you enter the store it’s obvious this is so different to the rest. Ali approached us and informed us “how it all works” done in a such a friendly and positive way his enthusiasm was nothing short of infectious!! We explained what we were looking for so he personally showed us what sofas was available and in excess of 250 swatches draped around the store ON THE WALLS!! We left the store to bring the family back as we liked the unique corner bed sofa and wanted the kids to try it out as they were going to sleep on it!! Nothing was too much trouble Abdul helped this time with Ali joining us again as we all picked swatches to view against the sofa (we had racks of them on the sofa) nothing was to much trouble it wasn’t a cheap sofa but unique easily seating six. We sealed the deal all done on Abdul’s i’pad WHAT A FABULOUS STORE IN EVERY WAY.
