When entering the store which had an amazing smell, we were greeted by Barbara with a lovely smile .She was very friendly, informative, and patient and answered all our queries .

That’s how to do it.
Right from first ordering our new suite everything wet as smooth as clockwork. When the suite was delivered it came on time and James and Lewis were very polite and friendly, they took all the packaging away with them and were very careful when bringing the sofa and chair in. TOP MARKS EVERYONE.

Great options friendly helpful staff
My wife and I visited the Middlesbrough store and were made welcome with an explanation of how the store was laid out and how the various options were available.
