Great communication all round. The delivery was problem free and the lads were friendly and efficient.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, without being too pushy.
James,the manager and Abdul were very professional with a good knowledge of their products.Their more relaxed approach( which I would prefer rather than someone following me around) enabled me to look around and try out the furniture at my own pace, which took some time and a second visit ,as there are
so many styles and fabrics to chose from
My only grievance is, if I order a style, and I want it in the same type of fabric, just a different shade,there is and additional charge of £50. If I was chosing a leather covering, or a more expensive fabric, then I would expect to pay more.I really don't understand why, when the suite is being made anyway, why it has to cost £50 extra, because it isn't the colour,but same fabric type as on display in the showroom.

She spent time with me on two visits to make sure I got the perfect sofas.

Abdul was really helpful and knowledgeable.

He helped with picking the colours, design and style and made sure it fit to my requirements of the room.

Service and staff were exceptional.

Sales staff were friendly and helpful and we are very happy with the furniture, however the delivery was a joke really, two days before it was due we received texts and emails saying it would be delivered a day earlier than stated previously and given a half hour slot late afternoon but they never turned up, no contact, no explanation, got in touch with store the next day they couldn't give a reason but said it was due that morning, that never happened either, got delivery a week later, lots of fun though sat on the floor for a week when you're in your seventies.

Oldham Abdul. Very friendly and helpful. Could not get a clear answer in why you charge £400 pounds extra for a change of colour on the leather on a yet to be built sofa?!

Staff were very helpful and patient as we asked lots of questions they gave us good advice about the material we chose for our sofa due to having 3 dogs.

The sales person who we dealt with on both occasions were very friendly very professional made us feel comfortable and let us decide in our own time which piece of furniture we wanted not being asked all the time do we know what we where looking for

The service at the show room was excellent. We were left to look in our own time but we knew the very nice sales lady was available.

We ordered a single chair and two seater recliner Rookby suite,December 7th 25, Delivery March 2nd 2026,
The quality of this furniture is poor, if you use the recliner option and lean forward for any reason, it tilts you out of the chair,and the sofa tilts to acsimilar degree, the foam in the construction is very thin, we have only had it 10 weeks and the arms are looking like a ten yr old suite ,when the two seater recliner it becomes unsteady, when returned to default position, both sides look uneven , the seat cushions sink and not a great support.
I have contacted scs customer support and sent phone videos to support this claim over 1 week ago but failed to at least an acknowledgement.. buyers beware of the quality of your intended purchases.. not good value, I have requested full repair, replacement or full refund.... waiting

The young lady that helped me was very friendly, informative and efficient. It was so good to have someone to answer all of my questions and she was so cheerful and informative. In fact all of the staff were very friendly.

Even tho delivery date changed all went well from start even the delivery drivers both good guys took care putting together and took all pkg away thank you
