Natalie and Irina welcomed us to the store and reassured us immediately. We needed a sofa quickly as my wife is starting chemotherapy Natalie took us to sofas in the store which we could have without waiting. She was so professional and knowledgeable. We chose a perfect sofa Without doubt we will return to order more sofas and chairs Both Natalie and Irina have excellent interpersonal skills and made our visit so enjoyable we will recommend your store to family and friends as quality service is rare

The whole process was amazing and would recommend that everybody should have the same experience as we have had . From buying the furniture to the delivery driver installation it went seamlessly, couldn't of asked for anything better.

The delivery was smooth, I was kept up to date of when the crew would arrive. It n arrival of the crew the sofa was installed quickly and with care, all rubbish with disposed of and the crew were cheerful and friendly.

I like the no presur aproch, helpful after sales, perhaps you could do with an emergency disposal plan for disabeled cotomers such as myself, but in the main an enjoyable transaction The delivery staff great

Excellent contact with the company for delivery and time. The men werr very polite and caring and put my furniture in the correct ppsition and connected up and checked the recliners.

My son took my delivery up to the sofa being fitted it was fine but it was left not fitted together correctly and they took no accountability said call the shop !! Obviously it’s was a Saturday and a bank holiday weekend so I got no reply !!
I’m sure it will be sorted but I work away and have to arrange someone to be there 😢
I must add the store staff were great, delivery service was early ( maybe they should have waited a bit longer to fit it correctly) The delivery guys just made themselves unaccountable for the bad fitting of the soda

So far so good, excellent service by Ade in the Stoke on Trent branch when making the initial purchase.
Just waiting for it to be made now.
